[Blog] Pokerstars Weekly MTT Challenge :: Micro Series Style

Pretty much every sunday since early June has been like that Dropped down around 60$, no biggie, but still kind of annoying. The only deep run I managed ended at 20th place in a 5$ progressive KO whereas I bricked most other tournaments.

Micro series did not go as expected too.

MS-1 (flighted tourney) ended with a sickening 40bb 4bet/flat by an AKs vs my KK and ofc he binked a flush on the flop.

MS-2ended with a deep run in 10k+ field but I bowed out in 350~ although I was terribly sad I sat out pocket tens with less than 15bbs late in the tourney... Ran in KJ into AQ around 12 bbs so nvm.

MS-3 ended before it began -- a tourney with unlimited rebuys in every sense of the word is retarded to say the least. People spend over 100e to buy into it and (considering you get 50chips for 0.5e).

MS-4 ended the way I showed a few posts back, with that QQ < TT < JJ hand.

MS-5, which was a PLO rebuy, was such a good event with so much value for me that I was terribly sad when it ended prematurely, after I ran into TT77 ds with my AAKJds on J7J board.

MS-6 ended with me misreading an opponents 4bet in 4max and losing half the chips early on, before bowing out with a KK v AT suckout.

and I did not play MS-7, was too tired by 12 am to start anything new.

Micromillions-wise, nothing went as intended, even though I had a decent stack in stud and won 4 HU matches in the HU event.

The MS events are just lol. Most of my tables have had plenty of fish it is really crazy. Actually, that goes for most .fr MTTs

I took a break today, largely because I did not feel I was playing 100% my A game yesterday (prolly just around 60%-70% of the time which is not good enough). I got disappointed as I saw no leaderboard for the series which is what I opted to go for so I let myself take a little break to gather my steam for the remainder of the week.

Won around 300$ today, not quite happy with the results since I ended up 8th in a tourney with 900$ up tops for 128$ so bleh. Will update tomorrow and post the hand in question in the MTT analysis forum (kind of super standard 13.5BB shove with 77 over monsterstack sharks utg open vs a shortie on the big blind, albeit ICM saide ottherwise ?()

You need not have bumped, I was so damn lazy to update the blog... I have literally bricked every single Micro series event I played, and pretty much bricked everything on stars.com, so not much to brag about. Won that .fr sunday million ticket for 250e but meh otherwise.
