Flop bet is a spew here. Pot is way too small and in a 4way pot your hand has very low equity. Even if you unlikely actually have the best hand there are a ton of draws against you who may even have higher equity.Pretty clear check on the flop and actually just giving up as default seem the best play.
As played turnbet is fine(better than cc). But river is hard, its close between betting as bluff to make him fold Tx(but that is unlikely),checking and giving up assuming most of his draws hit and cc which thinks that he is quite polorised in this spot. He wont bet 1 paired hands here so he either has flush,straight or a busted FD. Thinking about it again 1:6 isnt rly enough here imo. I preffer cf as played but betting is also valid.
Even just facing 2 opponents yet to act, you should not bet yourself. Its even questionable to bet if you'd assume that the board doesn't contain 3♥ but just a flushdraw. You should check oop and see what happens and i'd propose that you'd c/f even in the case you'll be remaining with just one opponent. Your EQ is just so poor and if your opponent has no madehand yet, he's got a lot ouf outs to improve. As played it's ok to b/f the Turn and River is a clear c/f!

Do you say even when facing 2 opponents in a 3 suited board Just check/fold a lower pair?
Vs 2 opponents - How to play a middle pair then? If i am the Preflop aggressor i would Cbet. IF i am not the Preflop aggressor should i raise a Cbet? If its unraised preflop as here i should bet right? And if another shows up on Turn i would bet/fold. If it comes by river should i check/Call vs 1 opponent?
Its hard to give a good general advice but generally on a flush- and straightdrawheavy board as it can be worse than this your lowpair is just worth nothing and even with JT your hand is quite vulnerable and might be already worthless if somebody got a flush and Q J with have decent EQ against your hand. JT being against 3 opponent yet to act on a rainbow-structured-board is fine to bet but your hand even against 2 players if a c/f. Lets say one guy checks and you are in a sandwitch position and just one guy is behind you. I would not mind betting although its valid to check and see what BU is doing and if he is betting and the guy who checked is calling you can fold your hand.
Even with you having 89 with a i would check and see what happens since its too likely that someone got a better pair and against 3 you'll rarely win this hand unimproved and your hand is still weak.
You can post some more examples and we can go into a particular spot. its better to analyse specific spots as to give too many general advices that you might be applying falsely.
