Milestone regarding the Cross fit training program !

I want to share with you what I accomplished in my 5th training on Wednesday 9th of July.
I managed to complete for the very 1st time 100% training!!! On top of that training was not easy at all. I did push ups upside down or jail type pushups :) Also I did double under rope jumping - Rocky style! Finally hanging on the bar with toes to shoulders! All this was part of the main training which was time capped and everything was done with maximum intensity !

Very difficult work out with warm up that by itself was super hard (push ups squats dead lift push press all the stretches etc) and cool down that also included stretches that sweat yo u really good.

Overall super excited and happy in what will follow after this. 5 trainings in and I feel great. Tomorrow will be 6th training so can't wait for it to start (9 hours 42 minutes from now :)

Another thing to share with you guys is that I will attend 7th training the day after, Saturday. Instead of doing the training on Monday , I will do it Saturday since I will be away from Nis to Belgrade for couple of days.

My best friend the violin player who came back from Boston will have gigs on Saturday and Tuesday. I plan to attend both of these gigs and while in Belgrade Partizan Belgrade (my team) will play 1st European match for the season!
Overall plan is to go to training on Saturday, after that go to Belgrade and come back to Nis on Wednesday at some point.

I already talked to my friend and coach, I will do the Monday training now on Saturday and Wednesday training on Thursday once I am back! That way next Friday I will be back on course with work outs.

I am so hooked to the work outs now , the feeling of missing one would make me feel super bad since I enjoy them too much.

Additional thing this Saturday I am taking Curly with me there, hopefully he will feel good and rested to work out with me if not he can just check it out and watch the actual training!

Future update regarding some other goals and how some things are going life wise

Enjoy your day/night on and off the tables!

Another training completed 100%!

I feel exhausted after today's workout. Really have no idea where I will get the energy to work out tomorrow again! Will talk with my friend and trainer tonight and make the decision.

This particular training had 5 rounds of push ups, pull ups and ball to wall (with 10kg ball lowering to the squat and throwing it up explosively onto wall to hit black line which is high!).
I completed it 100% , time cap was 11 minutes, I did it in 12!

Now I am officially dead from pain so I will most likely relax whole day, rest and do 2 coaching sessions.

Poker wise I have been running bad at 30s but yesterday I had higher ITM, good card distribution and made 300+ $ in 100 games. Not bad :)

Enjoy your day on and off the tables!

Super proud of my bro for taking up CrossFit. In a year he'll be tearing it up like this.

Update from Belgrade

Arrived here on Saturday, so far great things happening.
Gig was on Saturday, went really well and I hanged out with my musician friends back stage talking and laughing hard :) I am especially happy that my brother and sister showed up so I hanged with them at the concert also which was fantastic.

Yesterday whole day was about hanging out with my best friend. His kid Anthony is 4 years old and is already kicking ass in football (soccer). He is lefty and has very promising shoot technique - I am very impressed to say the least. So we spent whole day hanging at his house, had a lovely lunch with his family, then we played some football outside which was tons of fun and in the evening came WC finals.
I am not too pleased with what I saw in finals. I had a feeling Argentina would win it but after Higuain miss and that silly amateur offside from which they scored I knew punishment would come. I would have liked to see penalties instead of goal in extra time, since they dragged the game all the way, always nicer to see penalties in my opinion.

Today I will hang with my best friend and later on hopefully meet up with my student and assistant coach Shile. I have yet to check out buses departure times for returning to Nis tonight so my departure is still hanging in the air :)

Since there are 2 more gigs on Tuesday and Wednesday, as soon as I finish things in Nis that I have to attend Tuesday morning, I will catch bus again and return for those gigs. Gig on Tuesday will be again Berklee gig with my best friend and Serbian jazz giants :) Gig on Wednesday I look very much forward to since my best friends brother who is excellent saxophone player will perform with his band! He is one of the saxophone players I want on my album so we will definitely do some cooperation in future.

These 2 days I spent crying from laughing all day long from so many jokes awesome energy and vibe. It feels great to be here!
My body is hurting like heel because of Crossfit workout I had on Saturday prior to leaving to Belgrade. I completed that training 100% and Curly did as well (well done Curly!!!) and my body is just canceling on me big time. I am super excited however to return to training on Friday instead of Thursday so that should be lots of fun. I just know my friend and trainer will kill me with another sick workout :)

Poker wise, nothing to report for my grind. I did however every day check skype and email and respond to my students questions. I will resume with sessions from Friday on!

Enjoy your day on and off the tables!

It's always nice on a Monday morning, to log in and read that somebody has had such a great time. It just sets my mood for the day, so I thank you for that!

I took a peek at the video and to be honest I got tired before the end just sitting here; and the size of those crowds, wow! _love:

You keep having fun,

Mal.

I agree with you Mal, also enjoy reading some good weekend story on Monday :)

Regarding work outs, they are very intense but also highly addictive - at least to me. I think once you get familiar with proper technique how to do all the exercises, then it becomes mater of what exercises or their advanced extensions will pop one after another.

On Saturday our work out was this (if I remember correctly). Keep in mind that Curly went there for the very 1st time so it was to introduce him to Crossfit and what awaits him if he attends 1 month beginner course (which I should finish by 1st of August already).
Don't forget that things are done in 3 phases also : Warm up which consists of tons of stretches and basic movements; Actual work out which by the time you start it as beginner you will be dead in the 1st set guaranteed ; and finally Cool down where you are doing stretch outs mostly sometimes cardio mixed with it :)

So here comes the work out we had , you can do it at home just need hanging bar to do those pull ups and toes to bar etc

WOD (workout of the day) for time
400m run
30 squats
15 pull ups
15 thrusters
15 K2E (knees to elbows)
15 Double unders
400m run

If you are unsure of some exercises , you can check the proper technique using YouTube, there is tons of useful videos for Crossfit training.

I will just share one here, you can continue search on your own if interested :)

Technique for proper Thruster

Enjoy your day on and off the tables :)

I've been avoiding the blog since the Brazil v Serbia game as I recorded it to watch later, and then world cup games. I had to avoid the scores, so as not to spoil it. Although none were mentioned here I see! Will be watching the games lives from now. Serbia played well v Brazil in the friendly.

Lick Library have a sale on just now and have a guy I think you like.
http://www.licklibrary.com/store/rick-graham/54973/learn-to-play-eric-johnson-dvd

What's happening with you, musically?

Always nice to hear from you buddy !

That game was a nice friendly, we were really close to scoring vs Brazil on couple of occasions. I supported Japan and Mexico this world cup but now don't have any preference :)

I hope your subscription went through and that you watched the video. I think feedback from with was awesome and a lot of people enjoyed and learn from it which was the whole point when I was preparing to do it. Let me know what you think of it, I am curious to hear your opinion!

Thanks for sharing Lick Library link - I will forward it to 2 of students I teach currently. One of them is really getting into Eric Johnson so this will be ideal deal for him!

Musically, nothing major worth mentioning. I still teach 2 students, preparing them both to study abroad. One has entrance exam in August for Macedonia and the other is preparing to go next year to Holland or Germany.
Also my best friend from Boston arrived and he has a gig this Saturday with the band I was originally part of but then stepped out cause of everything that happened recently.
I am making plans to go to Belgrade and Pancevo, stay there maybe Friday through Sunday, see him and his family , hang with him and his brother who is also awesome guy and musician, jam have some beers and talk about everything.
Before that I got 5.2k FPPs to rake to clear that 1.6k$ bonus!

Whats new with you?
Where are you currently?
Whats up with poker in general? Did you find appropriate coach for cash game coaching?
How is music going? Any interesting students and stories?

Look forward hearing from you again :)

Crazy end to the WC! I feel sorry for Brazil and even sorrier for Paris St Germain who have paid £50 million to team up Luiz with Thiago Silva.

The payment didn't go through. I didn't chase it as I am down to 10GB a month on mobile 3G as I didn't want to sign a 12 month internet contract coz of leaving for Asia. I've been streaming mbml's PF perfection course which used it up, and have had to take a break to reach the 18th with enough internet to play poker. I'm using my phone just now through tethering! But will def sign up on the 19th and watch it. Looking forward to it.

Poker coach - Yes and no. Not an hourly coach, but mbml is totally supportive through email or skype with his course, so it's almost a coaching situation. I think I've only asked him one question though, as it's well explained.

Guitar - Usual lol. Bought and learned some new Gary Moore and Neil Schon stuff from the LL sale. Have I mentioned these lapstick travel guitars? I am thinking of buying one.

Brazil was huge disapointment to whole world. I think only people really followed their team knew what was going on. This generation didn't have any Rivaldo, Ronaldo, R.Carlos, Cafu, Ronaldinho etc. Instead they had FRED alone in attack , bunch of defensive midfielders and strong defense that Germany trashed like bosses :)
PSG loves overspending as do Monaco , Man City and other teams where super rich owners decide to do some money laundering :)

No worries about video - you will do it once you are settled in Asia man !

How is that whole MBML's course? I will consider getting it, he knows a lot of things and I respect his approach/thinking process + results he has are very impressive.

Those travel guitars are really great. I tried them and like them a lot. If you get the chance try out Mick Goodrick type guitar (google it !)

Update regarding whole Belgrade/Pancevo experience

PROS:

- Got to see my best friend from Boston!!!
- Hang with him, his brother, his family, play with his kid some football, attend gigs and enjoy it like I was in Boston again! (total musician lifestyle)
- Saw my musician friends and jazz celebrities, hanged and talked with them a lot, happy to know that they still respect me tons as jazz musician and guitar player and want to work with me on many projects! (got invited to perform/do masterclasses/do some album recordings even)
- Happy that all of the guys were really missing me in this Berklee All Star project but all understood the reasons for skipping out this year.
- Saw and heard my best friends brother perform which was great considering I want him to play on my album as I respect his saxophone skills tons!
- Saw my other friends from Belgrade as well, especially my assistant coach and student (very happy about that also!)
- Meet and connected with some new people that are in charge of organizing masterclasses and concert booking who also want to do some projects with me in future!
- Got approached by gig organizers and some media to give some statements which was cool considering I am out of that world for 2 years now.
- 6 days of no grinding, musician holiday type approach!

CONS:

- Did not eat 5 times a day so ZONE diet was impossible to follow (more like 2-3 meals a day)
- Did not train for a whole week (really miss CrossFit training!)
- Got bitten by like 20 mosquito starting from my ankles, back, fingers - you name it!!! (crazy stuff!)
- Some days I went to bed at 6am some at 3:30am but definitely not like home at 1:30am latest!(going to sleep super late + waking up early by 9am latest)
- While away just kept in touch with all my students but didn't do any sessions (which I compensated by doing already 7 sessions in past 2 days!)
- 6 days of no grinding and coaching ! (miss grinding and printing some money, wonder if my opponents on 30s missed me )
- Did not attend Partizan Belgrade football match because 2nd gig was at the same time in Pancevo! (it is OK as I will go to Belgrade vs Bulgarian team 6th of August!)

Overall very positive and fun experience that lasted about 6 days total.
Saturday to Monday , then I got home Monday and left Tuesday afternoon and got back on Friday afternoon!

Great news is that my best friends brother is performing on Nishville Jazz Festival 2 days out of 3 which will happen in my city. Besides going to see him again and hanging out having fun, my best friend will also come to Nis for some period of time in August!
On top of all this, I will visit them all in Belgrade again around 6th of August when Partizan Belgrade plays 2nd match vs Ludogorec in CL qualifier match...

In the meanwhile priorities are:

- Get back to 5 meals a day (going to supermarket right now for 10 day shopping!)
- Get back to CrossFit ASAP (trainer already told me that I will train Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri and Sat this week - it will be hell!!!)
- Resume my grinding (try to get 1k or so games more by the end of the month)
- Continue with solid coaching (some guys once some twice a week depending on their pace of assignment completing)
- Plan some seaside visit late August (perhaps?)

In some future update I will write about my students yet again because there is a lot of positive things to report since last update and I am very proud and happy how they are applying themselves and how things are going!

While railing the lobby, I've accidentally noticed you playing a $30 HU hyper... are you officially back to your 'ex' game? :f_grin:

This way, I won't be surprised to see you in a Spin & Go (Stars' version of Full Tilt's Jackpot SnGs and iPoker's Twister - 3-max hypers with a random prize - which is already live in Spain and to appear at stars.com probably in October). Be careful, though - they have much bigger variance than even HU hypers, and if $30s+ are rolled out at stars.com (which I'm trying to push for :f_grin: ), don't grind them until you have a 5-figure roll.

Hey Tony,

I played some 30s HU Hypers this month, mostly (99% of time) while in coffee place with my best friend after we have some coffee :)
They are great because they don't last long so I am not committed to grind them 37 minutes minimum.
Variance is regular, yesterday I won 220$ in 12 games but day before that I lost 330$ in 60 something games. Of course running under EV close to 300$ in just 2 days
So yeah , big roll is needed to those, I am just checking my HU game vs better opponents and glad to see that they make bad post flop plays, unreasonable bluffs and here and there some surprise range merging.

Will be back to full 6 max grinding after Friday since today and tomorrow my Crossfit beginner course finishes. I have been training 3 days in a row now cause I skipped last week while in Belgrade/Pancevo. Today will be crazy training again and tomorrow will be test out type of thing where we will do training that we did for test very 1st training which then I completed 35% -40%.
I am maxed out from muscle pain but I feel good after completing every training. After that need rest period to gather energy cause I am still out of shape but already feeling way better than when I started.
Hopefully I will complete 100% test out training tomorrow - my mind is all focused on that now! :)

Another update is on which will cover couple of areas worth mentioning.

CrossFit

Spoiler

After skipping training last week due to Belgrade/Pancevo trip, this week I had very intensive 5 days without rest work outs.

Today was officially 12th training which is used to do sort of test out of the CrossFit beginners course. I will just remind you that at very 1st training I was totally out of shape and completed 35-40% of the training and died + gave up after 20+ minutes!
Today same training, I completed 100% in less than 13 minutes, time was 12:39!!!

Needless to say I was very happy and my coach was also very impressed with my progress. Yesterday he wanted to bet with me that I would complete it within 20 minutes even tough I was maxed out and dead cause of high intensity training :)
If we add to this that last week in Belgrade/Pancevo I went to bed late (bad sleeping pattern) didn't eat right (was depending on situations I was presented in) + 5 trainings in a row - this is very impressive even for my standards as I always am really hard on myself and expect perfection in everything I do.

Super proud of myself as 4 weeks ago this seemed impossible to do and now I have skyrocketed in that area as well. I am also well aware that I am nowhere near my full fitness condition + have tons of space to improve my body. The best thing about this CrossFit is that it makes me feel better stronger and more healthy on every day basis + I am improving my overall fitness levels (strength endurance flexibility etc).

From Monday I will continue training CrossFit and it will be 3 times a week. I will be able to choose via online calendar times that suit me the best + choose if I want to attend that particular training or not which is awesome!
Also I am considering going to "open gym day" which is every Saturday 12 to 3pm, to work on specific exercises that give me trouble (get the technique all down and correct) or simply improve my fitness level more by adding some extra cardio as well (burpees, rope jumping/double unders, running outside 400m x infinity etc :).
Great news is that my friend and coach told me if I need he will even open the gym on Sunday for me and I can come then and work out with him hang out and stuff - always great when you have such great friends willing to help you out anyway they can!

If it took me 4 weeks to feel this great about CrossFit I can't even imagine what will happen in 6 - 12 months! I see guys that I know from childhood who are after year and a half or two all super strong and look like freaking Spartans (300 movie and stuff) from CrossFit :) This is not nor was ever my goal, I just want to feel good and improve my overall health cause staying home sitting 9-10 hours in front of computer daily is a huge drawback for my health (and for everyone's most likely :).

Finally huge recommendation for all poker players to get involved into any regular sports/working out type activity. Also really work on eating healthy and eating more meals vs less but more balanced!
It may feel like it doesn't matter now but once you all get to 40+ age, you will be regretting it 100% guaranteed by being over weight, inflexible, low on energy, more nervous and in general less happy person :)

Coaching and staking

Spoiler

Things are going really well and I will just mention that from August there will be total of 8 students that will play 7$ limit out of 13 and that is not including my brother!

This will mean tons of table selecting between themselves but they already got used to it on 3.5$ so it should be no problem on 7s as well :)

In some near future I will cover what everybody has accomplished in July and what awaits them all in August!

Will just take the chance to congratulate all my students for the effort they have put in studying and improving this month (doing the homeworks + working on extra things on their own!!!). Very happy to see that things are working out for all of them and that very soon they will all be making steady living from SNGs!

My own grind

Spoiler

This month has been very bad for my grind and that's no secret. Sure, a lot of real life events influenced it but still I should have grinded 2k SNGs minimum. So definitely I am not happy that this happened. So, in August I will be putting extra emphasis on my grinding , to perfectly balance it with family time, tons of coaching, working out and hanging out with my friends with some girls here and there :)

Also in August I will visit Belgrade again for Partizan Belgrade match on 6th, most likely stay 2-3 days then. After that my best friend and his brother will come for jazz festival in my town another 2-3 days...
Realistically speaking I can expect 20 days of grind and 10 days of real life events.

When I think about it all like this, I will try to do 20 days x 150 games a day with 100 games a day being minimum volume. So 2 to 3k volume will be set as challenge for next month.

If we add to that coaching around 8 to 12 hours a week, we get another 32 to 48 (50) hours just in coaching alone.

Doing some more videos or at least 1 for Poker Strategy will be minimum another 5 hours (last time had to record live session 3 times as technically it wasn't done correctly + was looking for video with most spots to use).

Add to this working out 3 times a week minimum with time to go and get back + shower (around 2 and a half hours) , 2.5 x 3 x 4 = 30 hours more

This leaves grinding of 100 hours a month (5 hours on days that I grind!) and leaves extra time for skype consulting answering questions outside of session times etc (minimum another 15 hours a month or 30 mins a day!)

Other things I will not even list but it will very well be the remainder of the day as you can guess already.

So I think I can pull off very good August in terms of balancing all the things out and not to sacrifice anything in the process.
It will be challenging and difficult but I look forward to it as it will drive me forward to hopefully another positive month on 30s pre RB and more relaxed money management!

BTW, Poker Stars did the update and it totally messed everything up for me! From table lay outs to all the details like bet sizing, pre flop sizing, hotkeys, recognizing hud, type of backgrounds, messages etc
I am really unhappy about it because I wanted to grind yesterday so bad and I played 6 games instead when I saw how impossible it was to do it under those conditions.
So today I will spend remainder of the day to set all the things up properly and get back to tables from tomorrow!
So for all my opponents that missed me, I will be back tomorrow :)

Hope you are having great week and enjoy your day on and off the tables!

Everything is finally set for grinding!

I played 50 games today and it felt super chaotic 15 tabling. Sounds were a bit annoying and taking my focus, tables were popping up too quickly, my bet sizing is not set as before (I tweaked it more now and takes some getting used to).

Overall I am satisfied how I played. Had a really nice card distribution but still tons of setups in the bubble. I do remember hand or two where I played exploitable post flop and was not happy about that at all. Considering I didn't grind for days steady just coaching and other real life things, this is nice return to the tables :)

Here are the graphs for the day

Results:

ITM finishes:

P.S. Standard HU domination 13 vs 7 :) Bubble sick 17 finishes or 34%! Talk about setups :)

Good course. Probably a few levels above my game just now. I like how it gives you a maths + EV method as I have a bit of a selective memory on lines that I lose on, so it's good to know the lines are solid, mathematically. It gives you all the ranges you need from each position, v most villains opening ranges. I hadn't been balancing ranges so much as you play a lot of unknowns at zoom, but it's good to get into positive habits. I'm finding 6 max to be very different than full ring. Not as soft imo.

I tried to join again to watch the vid, but it said paypal had been declined. I just bought a book via paypal, so it not a paypal problem. I will contact PS admin.

Good to hear you had such a good time with your musician friends, and you are getting offers. Are you going to take them up on some of them?
How is your father? Is he still living next to you?

Very nice review for the course , I will definitely look into getting it.
Are there examples of live play in it or just strict math theory and ranges pre flop?

I decided not to play any gigs until end of this year. From January on I will start accepting only serious projects like one with my best friend. Doing some masterclasses through Berklee + gigs, stuff like that.

Yes my dad lives in the same building as me and my brother just couple floors lower. He is keeping himself busy and occupied as I am, we are very similar in that way. He is diabetic so his sugar levels are back to high after everything, his habits for eating healthy are jeopardized a bit. I am looking into ways to organize some trip with him in the near future but things always get in the way - him being very busy with new jobs and me being on 10 different sides making money for our family to pay all the bills and live normal life.

Thank you for asking about my dad.

How are you? Have you arrived in Asia yet?
I want to hear Asia stories from the source, prices cost of living etc. The other day I started googling about Thailand, am considering leaving there for 2,3-6 months in some future period (after UK, USA and Japan!).

That's a good time for the grind improvement you've chosen. I'll have to make a guest appearance in $30-60 6-max turbos in a couple of hours for ~3 hours as I urgently need VPPs before the late reg in the Goldstar sat to the quarterly VIP ends. So if you notice a Silverstar with no avatar 6-tabling MS turbos, don't be surprised, that will be me, and you (and Demonic if he reads this) can safely grind the 60s then :f_biggrin:

(In return, I'd certainly love a brief post-mortem analysis of my biggest leaks.)

Edit: nah, I ended up going to various $60-100s, mainly Fifty50s, and donating ICM EV (but not actual money :f_tongue: ) to such forum stars as owlsova and Sunny220v from the Russian community, ghaleon, Buschapa, AWice, sippin_criss :f_biggrin: You'll have a chance sometime when I hurry less :f_grin:

Nice team of players you played against Tony.
How did you rate their game overall?
I assume those fifty50s are hell for ICM calculations - how did you do there?

Even when I read Ghaleon's updates I see he mentions that software doesn't do correct calculations for those.

Some cool interesting things happening in the coming days

CrossFit

Today I will for the very 1st time go work out on my own, outside in the nature. I scheduled yesterday via online calendar my trainings for Monday Wednesday and Friday 10 to 11am. I want to do extra, to keep increasing my physical condition.
For today my trainer recommended I do just this:
400m run
40 squats
30 sit ups
20 push ups
10 burpees
400m run

Like my brother said to me this morning, I should do this within 10 minutes or less by now.
Will of course stretch in and out before and after the work out + go for maximum explosive work out possible.

Sports

Today Serbia plays vs Hungary finals for man water-polo championship. I am planing to watch that later on today :)

Tomorrow is something I really look forward to! U19 Serbia vs U19 Portugal in semi finals of U19 European football championship! We won it last year and are defending champs but this generation has new players. I love following Serbian football, especially young talented kids and predicting how well they will do :) If I had extra time I would become football scout and/or manager but that is not possible unfortunately :)

Wednesday or day after tomorrow is something I can't wait to happen! Partizan Belgrade is playing away vs Ludogorec , team from Bulgaria. We meet with them in CL qualifier last year but lost and had huge problems in the team + people leading the team. This year we have a bit more experienced team with Drincic and Lazovic while Bulgarian side is having problems scoring goals (last 3 games they haven't scored). I am hopping Partizan will trash them 2-3 : 0 away and in Belgrade another one like that. Even tough they are more expensive and quality team on the paper, believe Partizan has what it takes this year to create an upset! So very excited to watch that game + 7 days later go to Belgrade and watch it live :)

Poker

Taking it somewhat easy by the end of this month, giving priority to tons of other life related things. Not worried at all tough, when I do grind I know printing money is inevitable so just enjoying everything that doing poker professionally does for me :)

Girls

For some strange reason, there always comes some period of time where you feel irresistible to girls/woman? I am sure you all had this happen to you where they hunt you down and you don't have to do anything literally :)
Within past 2-3 days, I got literally invited by 6-7 girls to meet up with them in the following week.
Very much look forward to that as well :)

Enjoy the remainder of the week and if you get the chance catch those sport events - should be very fun to watch!

Oh, facing that moneybag Ludogorec again :f_rolleyes: Crrrrush them this time!!!

I mean, such teams as Chelsea, Zenit St. Pet., CSKA Moscow, Shakhtar Donetsk were solid consistent medal candidates (and even champions in some years) even before serious money was pumped into them. Ludogorec seems to have emerged out of nowhere just due to a businessman's wish.

Nice team of players you played against Tony.
How did you rate their game overall?

B-. The EV was within ~1 standard deviation from breaking even (due to a low sample size), but a massive heater in all-ins brought me into the green. My HUD box placement was messed up (because of switching to the 'No Images' theme, which looks poorly made) so much that I made a lot of misclicks, I must have fixed it beforehand.

But you know, a bit of self-advertisement never hurts :f_biggrin:

I assume those fifty50s are hell for ICM calculations - how did you do there?

Hmm, I yet have to look it up in HRC, I guess I made some 10%+ spews. I spinned up from <1 bb on the bubble one or two times, proceeding to cash there. I hadn't looked much into the ICM, only knew the fact that, with equal stacks on the bubble, one needs to be a 62.5% favourite to make a flip breakeven in terms of the prize EV, which is intermediate between 6-man and 9-man STTs. So the dynamics between the button and the blinds must be yet loose enough, though I guess EPs must be tight.

Even when I read Ghaleon's updates I see he mentions that software doesn't do correct calculations for those.

Hmm, I'll have to look into this. If he uses HM, that's quite probable as it's known to mess up payout structures, but I wouldn't expect this from PT4, its team is quite precise and also updates structures fast whenever they change.
