As you appear to have only just created your WH account, it would be best if you open a ticket with our customer support as we wouldn't have had your WH user name when the prizes were ordered.

Lol, no. That is not the case!

I created my account and had vinculated with PokerStrategy since a few years.

I posted on the WH sub forum, asking for help with the installation as i did not play there for a while (so i unistalled).
