Depends what his range is but at a quick glance this looks like a pretty standard call if we go with Nash ranges.

It's pre bubble so the ICM tax is not going to effect this decision to much. Also you are both joint short stacks, so even if this was the bubble it would probably still be fine.

Your opponent is shoving 11bb from the CO, so assuming he is jamming ~22% of hands this is a call.

If you take into account the equity you will lose hitting the SB you can call with a couple of extra hands down to A7s.

So your calling range should be roughly:

AT+, A7s+, KQ+, KJs+, 55+

If your opponent is tight then call tighter and if he is very loose then call slightly wider than above ranges. You could possibly take AA out of his jamming range since he might just min raise this hand and even KK and QQ.

If the blind levels are slow and your opponents are weak then you could pass up on marginal calls and shave off the bottom few hands.

If you're not familiar with ICM (Independent Chip Model) then I would recommend reading up on it and using one of the free programs like ICMizer which allows you to analyse three hands per day.
