Hey Hans,
Before you finish off this blog after the 100k 
, could you give us some tips on how to grind long hours w/o losing focus.
Its quite hard for me to put in more than 5 hours of grind a day (and max 2 hrs a session); but you seem to be beast in that regard.
Any advise/suggestion would be appreciated.

Well don't get me wrong I still take breaks although they are more random/dependent on action/my focus etc. Sometimes I take a break every hour and sometimes I don't take a break for 3h. I think putting volume/hours it's like a muscle. You have to build/train it. I have myself ups and downs during this longer sessions but I always try to push myself to get back when I hit the low levels of focus. When I start playing more tired I take a small break, slap myself a couple of times, say don't play like a Donk and then go back and I'm talking to/explaining myself why I'm doing something. This pulling yourself together moments are challenging and I actually love them because that's what I will need if I will decide to go for SNE. I can't always stop playing because I'm not playing A game but rather learn to deal and try to make the best out of it. Hope that helped.

Yesterday 3:50AM CET it was the time where I won a 1/2 NL400 BI which was probably one of the sweetest moments in my poker career. I finally finished a bit over 9 months challenge. It was such a big amount of joy that overwhelmed me that I started to jump in my flat although whole neighborhood is sleeping. It simply feels awesome to know that you won 100k$. This are probably the magic poker moments.
Yesterdays day was like designed for me to finish the challenge. Set at the NL600 tables fishes started to spew as well on the NL400 and slowly the amounts of $ accumulate. Also on top that everybody had the bottoms of their ranges, every bluffcatcher was good, most sets got payed out and so on. In the end everything looked like this:
TOTAL CHALLENGE: 96 718.93$(LAST UPDATE) + 3 381.06$(WINNINGS 1 DAY) = 100 099.99$/ 100 000$
I will soon, probably tomorrow, write a challenge report to summarize everything and put interesting facts in it. Till then GL at the tables!
Now off to start just another ordinary day at the office. ♦

edit: I was also worried about my NL10 graph wich went to $100 within 5k hands and then declined the next 10k hand untill I had $10 left (running hard bellow variance). But it's going better now and juts took a look to your graph wich also didn't look that great on NL10 at the 15k mark .. so thanks for being a sicko and not letting me feel like a total morron hahaha ♦

100k$ Challenge Report
Hi guys,
First of all I would like to say TY to all the compliments and support that I got during this challenge. It was generally an awesome experience to share my success but as well my failures with all of you.
Now, after I reached the milestone, it's time to look a bit back. It took about 5 months and 2 weeks to get from 10k$ to 100k$. During this time I had reached almost every month(besides 1) a record month. I honestly think that in general it was an extremely good run accompanied with some dedicate work but as well self awareness. By this self awareness I mean I never played(besides 1 orbit) in games where I didn't see an edge. I always table selected pretty strictly but even now in the end where I started to play a bit more of reg tables I again never set down when I had a tough opponent on my left or on the table weren't at least 2 weaker once.
In the big picture I didn't become the perfect poker player but rather someone who learned how to make money at this game. That's exactly what I wanted in the first place since I thought I was playing mostly for the money. But as I got more and more into the challenge/poker I realized I'm more and more interested in actually becoming an awesome poker player. So that being said before I start this quest to become an awesome poker player I would somewhat financially secure myself(make another 150k$ - > this blog is going to continue ) and then strive for higher. Because currently things work very, very good and so I want to take the benefit from it.
So enough talk time for some facts and pics:

Whats your opinion on whats softer on Ipoker, speed poker or regular tables? Because I read before that Ipoker is pretty hard network cuz of the rakeback deals that are around.
Still amazed by the hours you put into this challenge per day, Like HOW the fuck you play that much?! ♦ Cuz i think you weren't that much of a grinder before this or were you?
And did you change gameplans or something along the way? that redline is going wild. ♦
Started reading this from the beginning, was very impressed, then the pictures stopped working.....
So I skipped to the last page to see if they started working again and wow, now I am amazed. It's a real treat to find that 1 in 100 blog that delivers (and more) on its title.
