Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has K♠ T♦ J♠ Q♠

fold, MP raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, Hero raises to 10 BB, fold, MP calls 7 BB

Flop: (21 BB, 2 players) T♥ A♣ 3♥
Hero bets 14 BB, MP calls 14 BB

Turn: (49 BB, 2 players) 7♦
Hero bets 34 BB, MP calls 34 BB

River: (117 BB, 2 players) 5♣
Hero bets 45.22 BB and is all-in,

Ok to 3barrel? I block AT combos so he often has busted draws and his 2pairs are rather weak (even though it might be a longshot to get him to fold A7). It felt like a mandatory barrel without any SDV and having decent FE but I barrel so much I wonder if I go over the top sometimes.

i think you have some sdv here and in addition to that most of his 2pairs gonna be aces up in this spot, and i cannot imagine him folding any of them.

Actually i would bet turn bigger, because we have some FE then and we dont have enough behind to barrel river with a good sizing anyway.

the only better onepair hands he may fold are ABBx:h:h type of hands, but most of them will raise flop or turn in order to not have an ugly river spot.

I would go for check and pray that my T is good, i dont see him bluffing river very often too.

If i had K-high i would still bet though, because he can have some kind of Tx or 3x w/ fd

I don't like the 3b vs MP, especially as he is nitty as hell

I'd c/c the flop

@kokot: as played u would c/c flop? :f_confused: nah....

mp is a nit but i think its still okay to 3b. on the other hand if we call we have the chance that BB comes with us which is not bad with our hand (because he seems fishy)

dunno whats better pre.

as played: its comes down if villian calls his fd in this spot otf and ott and/or is he is able to fold something like AKxx, AT,A7

i dont know if a bigger bet ott achieve anything like suhepxm said.
yeah maybe check river and hope with our sdv

i think this is a trouble spot many players have (i have it as well) . For my opinion it really depends on villain here

Hi,

flop c/c is out of the question here. It turns our hand face up. Preflop 3b is marginal due to our opp nittiness. I think river bet is fine. I mean he usually jams 2 pair with the A ott, and we are maybe folding weaker 2 pair here with our bet, but sometimes our hand is actually the best, so you could maybe go for a sicko c/c otr and look superawesome when it works. The sizings are a bit akward tho with little left otr.

Regards,

Skod
