100 AA overpair turnspot

Depends on his barreling frequencies.

I would like it more if you had a K in your hand, actually you will have quite a lot KK combos in this spot i guess, so im not sure wether we need to protect our x/c x/? range here.

What do you mean with protecting our range here? I never thought about protecting my range here tbh, I just focused on exploiting his range.

He could be barreling a lot of worse hands (pair+draw, pair+livecards etc.) and my range consists mostly of weak hands (draws).

I thought it was one of your main concerns that your range cannot call alot of barrels and now you try to find some hands to fight back with.

Actually the more i think about this spot the less i like the play.
I was just trying to find hand which are better candidates to x/r in this spot, but then i figured out there are hardly any because we shouldnt float too light with one player left to act behind us on the flop.
(so i also wont have KK here too often, unlike i mentioned before)

I think i dont even have a wide x/c range on that flop, i am donking some hands and x/raising some hands.
So i would just go ahead and lead otf and barrel this turn.

As played i have no idea what the best turn play is, sorry

like suhepxm said i like the donk otf and b/f turn.

I'm a bit confused you want to lead the flop here and here you think our hand is too marginal to lead the flop. I think in the AA spot here our hand is more marginal than in the AK65.

this is because i like my leading range to be polarized, the other hand has more turn potential, thats why i would hate to lead/fold it.

This hand has only the gutter and the overpair, which makes it a good b/f hand otf and also on a decent amount of turns.

Im not sure if i am able to convey the difference between those two hands, because handstrengthwise they are quite the same, but this hand has less playability/is much more fit fold and therefore should not be check/called imho.

When we check/call we want to be able to continue on a good amount of turns, which is not the case for this hand, but for the latter one it is.

i would add that the other was against an aggro typ and this hand wasnt or?

with the gutter it can't be terrible here to c/r. There are so many draws, that we might gii flipping haha ♦ But really i think it's fine if he has high barreling frequencies because the board is ds. However it works the other way with some players that like to check behind this turn to realize their equity and only bet made hands. Still i think the c/r is fine here. I don't do it too often myself tho.
