Today my HUD at iPoker speed tables suddenly stopped working (I tried Poker770 and Betfair). The hands are imported normally and I can see them in reports and in active session, just HUD doesn't work ("waiting for hands" all the time). It works fine on normal tables, though. Everything is set correctlly, I think, it worked just fine untill today.
Do you have any ideas what should I do?
I installed an update to HEM2, and got this problem. HUD works fine on normal tables, but not on Speed tables. It imports the hands fine, just the HUD won't appear. The settings are just as they're supposed to be.
Please reboot your computer and try again. Please make sure HM2 and Ipoker are still running as administrator after the latest updates.
Like people say it is important to run in administrateion mode but apart from that sometimes HUD still does not come up.
I usually open HM2 and then open game server.
If HUD does not appear on the first time you lounch the table then try closing the gamee server and reopening it and then lounch a table again.
I see that HUD starts to work after Notecaddy notification window pops up. Maybe there is something wrong with that?

The one where it says what notes has been taken and shows imported hands on other tab. (CaddyReport)
But that might be as well some PC lag where it is busy doing some workaround and then when displays that popup window it continues to work smoothly and then displays HUD.
Though sometimes it takes forever and then I just go for restarting the game client and then usually with the second time HUD works.
Doesn't work. Restarted computer many times, made sure both HEM2 and Betfair are ran as administrators even more, but nothing. HUD works fine on normal tables, and it imports the hand from Speed tables (and on correct time), but still doesn't work.
Gonna reinstall everything, hope that works.
Well, first I installed the updated HEM2, and it still didn't work. Then I found a previous version on my computer that I had uploaded six months ago, installed that, and now it works again. I guess I can't update my HEM2?
Also make sure that your antivirus is ignoring your HM2 installation folder and all subfolders.
netsrak, can you please post a link to the article that lists what needs to be excluded from AV software and from firewalls? I know such a thing exists, but it has been escaping me this morning.
