What up boys and girls, your main man none other than Alficor1 is back in da house with a new (and the last, I promise!!) blog. After couple of years of experimenting when it comes to the internet poker, when I tried to play pretty much every type of this game (apart from like razz cash game and some other rare games), I finally came to the conclusion and mainly thanks to this great video - realized what I should focus on. Because I've always enjoyed mtt tournament's very much and had quite a bit of success in them, I decided that this is what I'll do. Also, to have some lower variance game, I'll be playing 6max sngs. I have made over $10k in those variants combined (and pretty much broke even in all other), so I think it's a pretty good and safe choise. At the moment, I play $7-$15 (preferably $15, but depends on who's playing and how many games are running) 6max regular speed sngs and any regular speed freezout under $16,5 (and over $2, nobody ain't got time for that) on Stars. Sometimes I play slightly higher stakes mtts, but I'm not really rolled for them yet and I don't feel like depositing several grand from my life roll just so I can play higher mtts. I probably will not be playing higher than $15 sngs, simply because there are no games running above the $15 level. For mtt's, I'll follow 300bi brm. At the moment, I have $4,4k in my account. Any great success yet? Spoiler Well, I can give you a list of my top 10 scores thus far. July 2012, $60+R live mtt, 7th place for $1170 July 2012, $220 live 6max mtt, 9th place for $917 November 2012, $3,3 6max mtt, 2nd place for $642 July 2011, $4,4 4max mtt, 1st place for $640 November 2012, $8,8 6max mtt, 2nd place for $592 November 2011, $5,5 mtt, 2nd place for $569 November 2011, $4,4 mtt, 2nd place for $540 December 2011, $4,4 mtt, 1st place for $533 November 2012, $8,8 6max mtt, 3rd place for $440 November 2011, $4,4 mtt, 3rd place for $400 So as you can see, I haven't had an online score of over $1k, which is really annoying and I hope to score one as soon as possible.
