Are you asking about which poker rooms accept Paypal as a deposit method?

If so, the only ones I'm aware of are 888poker and Ladbrokes. However, Ladbrokes only accepts Paypal deposits from certain countries (not sure about 888).

As far as I know, Paypal deposits on Pokerstars are also only accepted from a few countries.
