Best online room for Sit and Go grind?

I think ur only option is Pokerstars.
U cant get volume on smaller sites and sngs are all about the volume.

At least in mid/high stakes stars is best choise as volume in other places are non existent afaik. Don't know about fulltilt these days. One option with other sites could be to mix them as mtt players do a lot. Though running first deposit bonuses this way could be troublesome.

Big question with traffic is your volume. I would assume playing e.g. 6 tables of micro/small stake games is doable in other sites, but going for 15 tables might be too optimistic.

I personally prefer to play multiple sites at once. Stars is obviously the go to site for volume, but this is only because it is full of solid grinders who are also multitabling.

Stars is definitely beatable, however it is much more profitable to play on multiple sites with less volume against weaker opponents. At the moment I am playing low stakes sit n go's running 888, Winamax and ipoker.

For each of the three sites the tables are stacked, and I aim to play around 12-15 tables. The only down side is it is sometimes difficult to calculate how man tables you have open at any one time. It may take a little practice but I personally think this is the best way to maximise your profits playing low stakes.

Medium stakes run rarely on these sites however, so if you intend to move up rather than making some nice pocket money then Stars would be my room of choice.

Any smaller rooms are fine to play, its personal preferance for software, rakeback ect.

Does players from all poker rooms in IPoker network play against each other?

I poker have 2 bands, 1 and 2. There are a few smaller sites which run on band 2, however most of the larger online casinos (ladbrokes, betfred, paddy power etc etc) all run on band 1. Traffic us ok but not amazing, you will probably only get around 4-5 €5 9 mans loaded at once at peak hours. Some €10 run but not very often. You can obviously mix in lower stakes to increase volume, or mix in some 6 max, as these seem quite popular on Ipoker (I don't personally play 6 max myself!)

If you aren't over concerned about volume and can mix 9 max with 6 max, try microgaming. 32 red give 30% rake back to all players, and have a weekly sit n go leaderboard which is very easy to reach the top three each week as there are very little winning regs who play there. Also 24h poker give 30% rake back if you link your pokerstrategy account to them and follow the instructions for automatic platinum VIP.

Probably 32 red, and full tilt or PS.

And i plan to start with micro and then go up as i grind

I decided to try with 4 table micro stakes at 888,NetBet,24h Poker and FT or PS.

I have time to play two (4 table / single table) sessions every day and see what happens.

At least until i finish reading Sit 'n Go Strategy by Collin Moshman and watch some videos, then i plan to move up al little on low stakes.

Well, i discovered that 24h poker does not have nearly enough traffic for sit and go grinders, so im on 888, NetBet, PS, FT and PartyPoker.
