In micros when someone 3-bets you, it's quite good starting point to assume that they have AAxx. When you get more stats and notes, then you can adjust his range more precisely. Of course you shouldn't rule out any other hands, but AAxx is where you should start.

I would never fold either of these hands.

More than thinking what you should call with, you should think what NOT to call.
It just depends so much on the villain how you should play your hand so it's obviously really hard to say.

For me weak (single)paired hands are allways difficult ones to call with because you have to put the aces often to their range and paired hands just doesn't play well against the aces. That's why i often just fold them.

One other obvious thing is just to look the villains stats and also try to figure out what they actually mean. If villain 3-bets many other hands than just aces it would be really nice to know whether he is 3-betting with merged or polarized range. Or maybe with both just depending on the villain. When you have some knowledge his range, you can adjust you own actions whether you're going to fold, call or 4-bet (other hands than AAxx).

clear call in both cases. Yes you are dominated sometimes, but the playability more than makes up for it. It's hard to give a general advice, but i can tell you that i don't know of a single plo player that would ever fold this. Matter of fact, people usually call way too much and fold too little. Defending like 70% of your hands in PLO is completly standard, i've seen some players with 0% fold to 3bet playing high stakes for example.
