I probably don't flat ATo vs unknown 3b.
Flop, calling or raising both fine.
Turn call fine.
River is ok, depends on opponent. It can be an option to underbet river to help us extract value from 2pair/sets.
Why do you think turn call is fine?
I think that he bets turn with this range IMO:

Well you've calculated the pot-odds but this is not necessarily correct use of maths.
Calculations so far do not include
a) Implied odds
b) Chance opponent x/f river
If it's close to break even and there are still stacks behind it will usually be profitable.
