Hello,
This early in the tournament this player was completely unknown at the time. This deep, against unknown would you tend to call or fold to his 2nd barell? I kinda feel if I call turn I need to call river as well, but the damn sizing _confused: From which kicker does the calling become easier (or is it stack depth that matters more)?

fold pre AINEC

except if u have reads that villain is total fish/pasive calling station and playing his hand str8forward post flop and nevr folding 1 pair hands and draws

so basicly in order to make profit with this hand u should play it against player who opens very wide pre early in MTT from EP and plays very pasive post giving away initiative and never folding pair/draw

Hi all,

3bet this hand preflop IMO. It's quite a good hand to have for a bluff 3bet range. If blinds are bad, you can call this, but they have to be pretty bad.

3bet with plan to do what??? (u realize that we re very deep with no ante and we will get hood flat like a ton and we need to barel 2 times min vs most hoodflats to win it?)

imo is very marginal spot to bloat pot and we should easily past this spot cos we r slight ahead or way behind

p.s. 3beting is good to iso EP this early/deep if we have reads that he is weak/bad vs unknown i think best line should be to just pass

3bet/can do stuff vs 4bet with blockers preflop, take the initiative. hoodflats help our cause because we dominate a decent amount of hoodflats. Check back dry boards, bet Txx 2 streets, bet/check/bet Axx, etc. We can generally play good poker because we are in position.

Idk is it good to 3bet/do stuff vs 4bets 150bb deep in 50$ bi MTT on soft network

When we 3 bet and villain hood flats we r just bloating pot and going to flop which we r going to miss 70% of time,

and btw why should we check behind Kxx/Qxx boards shouldnt we 2x barel to make him fold stuff like PP??

and we gain like 4,5 bb if he just fold whichs lol 150bb deep

The amount you gain from when he calls you to do stuff preflop is pretty phenomenal. If you have some history you can 3bet/5bet this hand (if AJ is good enough to call with). Kxx and Qxx I agree with likely 2 barrelling. It's 332 type boards I'd check back.

BTW, what's your specific 3bet range here? If you were playing perfectly optimally. So when I ask this I mean if you were one-tabling, putting all your focus into this one tournament, what would you 3bet? I can see us folding here if we were 8tabling, or not used to these deep ante spots in position.

yea i think is ok to 3bet iso in vacum if we r not MT and play it like cash game this deep

but i fell that in MTTs is like really marginal spot to get in readless vs unknow, i mean we got to call 1 barel on all flops/or raise, evaluate turns probaly float turns too or raise and imo readless we r not like making huge gain in BBs if we play this hand
