Pokertracker 3.14 - Winner Poker import problem.

PokerTracker 3 has been discontinued, it is no longer supported. We stopped adding new features 2 years ago, our final bug fix was released 2 months ago - there will be no more releases.

Over time as hand history formatting changes at Winning Poker Network you will find that PokerTracker 3 will no longer work as expected.

To maintain current Winning Poker updates and support, we advise switching to PokerTracker 4.

Right, so I did what you said and I updated to PokerTracker 4.

I decided to use trial version for now to check out if everything is smooth. Unfortunately - I've encountered the same problems. Two days it worked and then crashed and it doesn't import hands from Winner Poker and Hud ain't there too.

Any ideas what could I do to step a little closer to continuous usage of PT?

Winner Poker on the iPoker network? There are no known issues with PokerTracker 4 on the iPoker Network at this time that would match your issue description if you are using PokerTracker 4.11.11.

Try these steps:

1) Please restart your computer.

2) Open just PokerTracker 4 by itself

3) Select Tools > Setup Assistant. Select Site Configuration. Complete this step assistant's steps, at the end it will import all hand histories that are pending to be processed.

4) When this is complete, run Winning Poker. If the problem continues create a support ticket and attach the hand histories from your session, as well as the pokertracker4.log and pokertrackerhud4.log files. These log files will tell us what is occuring inside your computer, they are necessary to help us help you.

Right, so... first of all - setup assistant won't import any hands. It's stuck on "Imported 0 hands" and a classy green stripe going on and on.

I've reinstalled PT4 and still it won't work, so I created a support ticket and sent it. Hopefull I'll get my response soon.

Please do not uninstall PokerTracker unless advised to do so by our staff. We find this to be a frequent cause of additional problems, it rarely solves anything because our installer is designed to replace the content that already exists by writing over the previous content - this means an uninstall is never necessary.
