Over about a 100 hands UTG seems like a tagish reg. Has so far been very tight from UTG and doesn't seem super aggro postflop. Only 7 hands on BTN so he's unknown but seems a bit fishy, has played most hands so far and 3bet 1/2 opportunities so not likely to be very nitty.
Pre and flop I guess are pretty standard. What's our play OTT? Shoving is somewhat marginally +EV, around +$10-15 from a quick calc (assuming only straights call which I think is reasonable, although if BTN is indeed a fish he might get in something like 2pair that's crushed). Checking sounds logical in the sense that betting basically folds out everything we crush and isolates us against better, but it lets diamonds/gutshots realise equity and puts us in a spot where it's easy to make mistakes OTR (or even on turn, as BTN betting is pretty sucky).
Do you guys cram it in and hope to take it down/run into like 2pair+NFD/have BTN do something dumb, or do you prefer to check and try not to make a big mistake?
