How do I work out what is good to shove, raise call etc.

I take it with raise calling I am just going to be using hands to induce like maybe 77+ and A8o + or something

Is there an equilab sort of program or some articles to read to work out what stack depths to start shoving and how we should adjust our shoving ranges etc.

I guess I understand the concept, but these situations can be easily be distorted by the immediate results, so I would like some mathematical way to prove the profitability in such a situation.

Google "Nash Push fold", and look for the images.

This push chart will tell you exactly when to push depending on stack size.

At SB just check your cards/stacksize and push.

At 8BB or lower I only use Nash, and push if I'm not trying to trap. Above 8BB I'm trying to outplay my opponents.

But I'm still a big fish trying cannibalize on smaller fishes, however I'm getting owned by the sharks...

Good programs for working on you push/fold game are HRC, ICMizer and SNG Wiz.

In general with this stacks its better to limp/stab than to raise and fold to a push. With something like 88+ limp as a trap. With all other hands that are good enough to play just shove. 7BBs are too short to r/f in general.
