It's been a while since your article about the bad effects of multitabling on the brain, can you give any more insight on that now that you've had a bit of time to try and counteract what that was doing to you?
I want to ask question about playing super deep(over 300),because most reg plays deep very poorly. What do we want to do to put huge pressure on them?
Do you think it's possible to make a poker profit of at least 10% of yours by putting in 25% of your work, or do you think poker is a 'do-or-die' activity where only fully dedicated players can earn a living?
Not all people are made for success, and far not everyone craves it. Some treat poker like a puzzle, a hobby that earns enough to survive, rather than a way to earn big money.
I don't find poker the most interesting game (find chess much more beautiful), but I also hate pushing myself because I don't need much, the reward-to-effort ratio to me is the biggest when I do the minimum needed to earn just a bit more than the living wage (that excess bit being left in the bankroll to prevent going broke). I still believe that this minimum in poker is less than the effort needed for a sociopath to last long at an equivalent real job.
I don't need the new book because I play all kinds of flop games except cash NLHE, but 'Treat Your Poker Like a Business' has been very helpful to me (at least as to taking days off on specific weekdays and kicking unsupportive people out of my environment 
), and I'm grateful to you for it and looking forward to reading your answers to our questions! 
Have you played a hand, or can you imagine one if not, where you shove-bluff vs 3bet on the river 200bb deep after had checked-called both on the flop and on the turn as pfr in single raised pot?
hi dusty - if you had to restart your BR from scratch - say with only $200-300, how would you go about it? - what games/levels/ would you play and why. please?

This is a great question. Truthfully, not a whole lot. I
thought I had a pretty good sense of how to handle the opportunity I
was presented when it was presented to me. Because I knew how to
handle it when many others didn't, I was able to write Treat Your
Poker Like A Business in 2009 with much success. My golf and business
background helped tremendously and definitely shaped my thought
process and how I handled my career. I realize this is a bit of a
brash reply, but the way I handled my career from day 1 is something I
take great pride in.
If any mistakes were made, it was playing for a couple of months in
2005 with out rake back and Poker Tracker. I learned about these two
things after a couple of months of playing poker online. That being
said, I wasn't playing the game for a living at that time. Once poker
became my job, I have few regrets on how I have handled it.

The best players are able to think outside the box, be
their own boss, aren't afraid to make mistakes, have a healthy
detachment from money, perform better under pressure, they're patient
and they believe in themselves. Great players do all of these things
well. Good players do most of them well. Average players do some of
them well and bad players do few if any of these things well.

This is a tough question. In Treat Your Poker Like A
Business, I said to spend 80% of your time playing and 20% studying. I
also gave guidelines on when it was appropriate to deviate from that.
These days so much has changed. Win rates are thinner which means
there is less to be gained from studying. Furthermore, since the trend
is to take more of a GTO based strategy, the regs are less
exploitable. Back in the day studying was awesome. I could open up my
database, comb through various players and walk away with pages of
notes on how to exploit massive leaks. These days I open up my
database and don't find many massive leaks anymore. My studying is
always productive, but nothing like it used to be.
I think if you're playing for a living, I'd spend at least 3-5 hours a
week to watch videos, mess around with poker software programs etc.
It's somewhat of a personal choice, however. Some people need to study
more than others. It's no different than when you're in school.
Everyone's brains work differently.

Passion breeds determination which then in turn breeds
creativeness. My answer is passion because I like buy 1 get 2 free
deals! If I were to describe my career in one word I would say
determination. I was determined from the moment I found out online
poker existed to make it my career. I wanted out of the 9-5 3 figure
weekly paychecks as much or more than anyone you could ever meet. It
was "get rich or die trying" for me ever since I was a kid.

I do. I'd like to think that I would've been on the PGA tour
with a wife and kids greeting me on the 18th hole after I won the
Master's. But too much needed to go right for me for that to happen.
It just wasn't meant to be for me. The odds were never great in the
first place. While I have excellent hand eye coordination, I'm not
physically gifted, I had a heart attack at 23, I didn't have the money
to chase the dream, I never had an encouraging girlfriend and
everything just seemed like an uphill battle. I've made several half
hearted attempts over the last few years, but my wife (now ex wife
ha!) always ruined them. I'm content to continue to play poker and
enjoy my kids. I will say this though. So long as I'm not foolish with
my money and my health stays in tact, I will absolutely start playing
full time again when I am 46-48 years old so I can make a run at the
Champions tour.
