I didnt 3bet because i had a tight image and didnt want to scare the SB away.
Its not a great flop but I call 1 bet anyway, his check on the turn makes me think he hasnt got an A but I check for pot control, the river K isnt great as any Q completes a straight but it does mean I'm beating an A now so should I bet the river? Can I risk b/c that river or would it be b/f?

Preflop: I'm 3-betting to 300 with KK.
Flop: As played, call, though depending on the opponent I might fold with such a low stack.
Turn: Check seems fine to me.
River: It's unlikely he would check the river with a Q, unless he'd seen you bluffing the river after missing a draw. So bet/decide river.

P.s. if you raise the kings, it will get much easier playing postflop.

Flat pre is ok, by flatting kings you allow yourself to also defend a bunch of things he'll try to steall. Only go for 3b if sb is a reg with history or any kind of usual costumer (wich i would 3b a somewhat wide range too).

if he is fishy i would 3b, because you will get loose calls most likely
+ not sure if fishes care about your image

i would bet 150-200 on the riv...you often see worse hands calling
+ esp. when he checks dont expect him to have any better hand
