by draw heavy I'm thinking of the two suited broadway cards on the flop, True I have Js which eliminates a few of those draws.
If he was on a FD or SD the turn is such a blank that I wanted to make him pay to see the river, that was my thinking at the time, not saying its totally correct but just the way I thought

Flop is very dry. You having the J of spades gives you even more equity, so I wouldn't worry that much about protection. Question is whether or not he folds KT, KJ, 99,88, TT, 5x on a bigger cbet. If yes-I would bet small to extract value from those. If not-I bet big, because anyway they are calling, so why not charge them bigger. I think slightly smaller cbet could be a bit better, just so that we get more calls from the hands listed above. On the turn- I will go about 2/3 pot, so that I can shove riv for again about 2/3 of the pot. Rarely you are gonna get hands like KT, KJ, 99/88, 5x calling 2 streets, so I will size my turn bet this way, that I can get more overall value vs Qx and worse Ax. Nice fold on the turn btw, I really like it.
