I think either option (c/r F or c/c F c/r T) are both fine. I wouldn't like slowplaying it until the river though, board is already very draw heavy.

River isn't the best but you probably have a valueshove anyway against AA/AK/KQ. Don't see him having too many straights here

I think if his 3bet is high TT is great to flat here.

I am inclined to check raise the flop on this board however because if a draw completes on the turn it might scare AA AK KQ who might play for stacks on the flop depending on the game flow dynamics you have going on.

you can opt to play your hand more passively if a draw completes on the turn.
