Besides giving you the recommended lines, just working through these decision trees and assigning ranges to each possible action on each street is a great mental exercise that I imagine will build your skills immensely.
Some goals for this month:
Play 60k hands by the end of the month.
Move up to the lofty heights of NL10 if variance is kind.
Improve preflop theory in the way I've worked on postflop. Understand from a theoretical perspective why I'm 3 betting rather than flatting - and vice versa.
Work on my 'rule of thumb value betting' concept that will hopefully simplify knowing what part of an opponents range to pitch your value bet against in order to maximise extraction at least 80% of the time.
Help people out, doing at least 2 free coaching sessions a week to keep gaining experience.
Keep working on my ranging skills using equilab and deductive reasoning
This is part of the REM process some of you will be aware of. Range Equity Maximization. There are obviously pros and cons to the REM process and it's not the end point of exploiting an opponent. It is however a good place to start and I'll be improving my abilities in each area starting with some fairly intense ranging exercises.
This should give me enough to do this month alongside my other work.

Value betting quick reference points:
So far my method of value betting is to work out the middle point of the part of villains range that we beat. Take a hypothetical example.
Board is 3 3 7 
8 T
We hold A J
Opponent can hold A2, A4, A5, A6, A9, AQ, AK - We beat A2, A4, A5, A6, A9 - We should make our value bet to get called by A5. It's also good to bear in mind that villain likely has more combos of unsuited hands than suited hands. Better to aim for A4o than A5s.
This is just a simple rule of thumb for those rare moments when you don't feel/can't do detailed combinatorics at the table. ♦ So far it's getting somewhat accurate results but it could do with maybe one extra rule to make it more accurate.
Help people out - 2 coachings a week [Have done 2 coachings in the last 2 weeks but have done 3-4 study sessions with poker friends]
Develop REM skills (with the focus on Range at the moment) - [I've done hours of work looking at opponents ranges, estimating and analysing how their post flop actions effect them. I'm really pleased with the work I've done on this. The next thing I need to do is fully memorize how % ranges tend to convert to hand ranges in 6 max zoom. My next step will be to start subtracting smaller ranges off the top and bottom and other manipulations].
As usual, I'm not playing as much as I should but spending lots of time studying.

I think the raise is sometimes Q-x with a diamond like Q-Td or something like that
maybe some two pair combos and some sets too.
I'm going to do an equity calc tomorow, but I'm going to take a wild guess and say I got at least 40% equity here.
I think against BB, worst case scenario you're about 53% ahead. Best case scenario you're 65% ahead so postflop is standard.
I don't get why you didn't 3 bet preflop though.. this is one of very few flops you're happy to see multiway with your hand. If I was in the blinds i'd be calling with all my pocket pairs and lots of suited connectors to try and stack high ace hands UTG and MP may have. If you 3 bet, it makes it hard for blinds to come in with implied odds/suitably high SPR.

It's hard to say without some examples. The first one is very very dependent on situation.
Donk betting the flop v fishy BTN raiser should only be done if you know he's folding a lot.. otherwise it's pretty suicidal as fish love to float.

I've actually only managed to play 23k hands in November due to other life stuff and not feeling well the past week.
I have put together a study group full of great people and learnt a lot already. I need to work harder at things in December to finish off the year well.
Results wise I'm like 2bb/100 over 32k hands, which sucks but it's too small a sample to even bother looking at.
