As simple as that!

72 Days Study Challenge
Day 17
- Studied 1 hour today!
- One of the most interesting hours since the challenge started. My memory recall and testing/quizzing was going really well.
- I now have almost 100% grasp on this advanced edge and feel happy I invested close to 20 hours in it!!!
- Very soon plan to move to another advanced edge
2 hours of coaching today. Did not manage to complete coaching session with my brother today but will do it tomorrow morning as scheduled.
No grinding whatsoever. 0 games, that is right. My HUD still doesn't work. Waiting for PT4 support team to respond to my request and hopefully they can help me resolve the problem. Worst case scenario I will back up everything do full system clean up and hope for the best. This of course is putting me away from grind which I really dislike. Want to grind, try out this new knowledge, mass multi table, print money enjoy the game etc. I can do it readless with color coding but it becomes most difficult when 18 tabling and getting 4-5 HUs without HUD.
Hanged with best friend for coffee today, watched Partizan Belgrade game with my brother in the evening and figured out grind plan and challenge for next year.
I will share it with you all in some future post but in a nutshell idea will be to go for 300k VPPs and 40k$ post RB. How to accomplish it will be explained in some later post.
Overall would give myself 5 out of 10 for productivity today.
The way things are looking since this challenge started:
- 20/72 study hours completed
- 580/6000 games completed
- 28/100 coaching sessions completed
- 4 out of 30 CrossFit trainings completed
- 3 out of 10 videos for automated coaching/staking system completed
Tomorrow plan is to accomplish following things:
- Work out as soon as I get up (finish it by 9:30am)
- Coach 4 sessions (10-11, 11-12, 4-5,5-6pm)
- Work on my game 1 hour (between 1 and 3pm some slot after lunch)
- Hopefully fix the HUD problem and grind minimum 50 games
- Hit the bed earlier then usual

Regarding your PT4 problem, post it in the PT4 forum, my experience is that they usually respond within the hour.
Thanks bro!
Done that last night, still no response from their team.
I will wait until 6pm, until then study 1 hour + coach 2 sessions and if they don't respond proceed accordingly (contact them on 2+2 and on Strategy also)
Hey man, great to see you're doing so well!
I've moved to 6-max cash. Trying to move upwards so I can pick up on a similar level I was at with SNGs.
I'd love to hear some of your music on soundcloud/youtube.
I'm working on an experimental electronic jazz album at the moment. It's kind of what I've spent the last 8 years of my life working towards and building up the production skills to do.

I've been looking into working on my memory. Are you using some kind of pre-existing system to work on it, or something you've developed yourself?

Hey Paul thanks a lot for stopping by appreciate it a lot!
I am very interested in finding out more about your road in 6 max cash vs SNGs. I am also studying other formats and preparing myself if SNGs lobby dies on 30s+.
I will send you via PM my YouTube channels to check out the music.
Would love to hear your stuff also. How far have you gone with the album recording? I think that it is really great thing learning to produce your album and record it all on your own - fantastic stuff man!
For memory recall I practice it in different scenarios. I study in coffee place with music in the background and people talking, I also study at home in complete silence.
I figure that you should always strive to challenge yourself and increase the bar for everything you do. So when you have no distractions and study it is much easier then with any distractions obviously. But also, if you get to the level to comfortably study with distractions, then when you remove them you will crush even more with memory.
These 20 past hours I have mostly studied in coffee place with my best friend. While he grinds, I study, music is in the background, sometimes there is 3-4 tables of people around us sometimes 10 but I manage to study cause music is not loud to distract me + it is easy listening and I push myself stimulate my brain hard putting it under pressure to react and remember things like crazy within that 1 hour.
What I have noticed from all this is that 20 hours of studying 1 single advanced edge, my memory recall is phenomenal and now if somebody quizzed me I can pull out lots of (like 85%) things from the actual edge that took 16 hours to complete!!!
So that is the best advice I can give you - challenge your brain, quiz yourself constantly, ask your mind to respond quickly to all the questions you ask yourself and it will start working faster. Eventually it will happen like with everything - takes practice and persistence.
All the best Paul!
72 Days Study Challenge
Day 18
- Studied 1 hour
- Finished with complete review of 1st advanced edge (happy how it went would give myself 8 out of 10 for it)
- After I will finish 2nd edge will come back to the 1st and review them together (go for 9 out of 10 for both)
- In the meanwhile experiment , be ready for mistakes and apply new knowledge in future games.
Coached 4 sessions total! Really busy coaching day and all sessions went really well. I feel students got in their hour of coaching tons of useful insight and assignments. Each of them are progressing at their own pace and I am very happy and proud how things are going.
Grinded total 68 games! Wanted to grind 100 games, started 1st session and then HUD stopped working again. Had to stop loading then finish current tables. After it installed PT 4.12 version and HUD started working again. Managed to test it and then grind some games manually without Sharky. My focus was good, ran into top of the ranges with very profitable bluff catches. Also tried some 60s but didn't do really well in them.
Preparing my grind for next year challenge which will be listed in the blog in the near future.
Hanged out with my best friend, worked also with my brother (1 out of 4 sessions was with him today) and had minimum rest overall today. Also watched and read tons of Robin Sharma things on productivity and mindset. Very uplifting and tons of things I can relate with in his material.
Feeling tired now will hit the bed, waking up really early.
Overall would give myself 7.5 out of 10 for productivity today!
The way things are looking since this challenge started:
- 21/72 study hours completed
- 648/6000 games completed
- 32/100 coaching sessions completed
- 4 out of 30 CrossFit trainings completed
- 3 out of 10 videos for automated coaching/staking system completed
Tomorrow plan is to accomplish following things:
- Family time through out the whole day
- Late afternoon if I do get back home, watch Red Star vs Cukaricki game with my brother and best friend
- If my HUD works, go for 100 games with Sharky, if not play as many as possible with manual table selection
72 Days Study Challenge
Day 19
- Studied 1 hour today
- Started with 2nd advance edge study
- Things are really clicking thanks to 21 hours of study in past 18 days
Grinded 100 games. Finally HUD is working and ended up grinding 45 + 55 games sessions. 1st session was just pure madness, very low ITMs and setups in every single way. 2nd session was better but not good enough. So one of those high variance days where you drop 30 buy ins in 100 games. I am however satisfied with how I played and think I readjusted very well in certain spots. Look forward to future games.
No coaching today but instead did 2 videos for automated coaching! So very happy because of it obviously.
I did manage to watch Red Star vs Cukaricki and also listen to the Robin Sharma videos while grinding. Very useful and meaningful.
The way things are looking since this challenge started:
- 22/72 study hours completed
- 748/6000 games completed
- 32/100 coaching sessions completed
- 4 out of 30 CrossFit trainings completed
- 5 out of 10 videos for automated coaching/staking system completed
Tomorrow plan is to accomplish following things:
- Work out CrossFit at home
- Work on the game 1 hour
- 2 coaching sessions
- Watch Partizan Belgrade vs Spartak
- Grind 100 games
- In between meet with my best friend for coffee and finish some other house chores
72 Days Study Challenge
Day 20
- Studied 1 hour today
- Was filling excel tables, checking out how I was doing things so far vs exact spots
- Happy that I was spot on with over 95% of spots I wrote down today
- In future 5-10 hours I plan to finish this 2nd advanced edge (fill in all the tables, study, memorize and quiz myself)
CrossFit at home workout completed (very 1st thing in the morning)!
1 coaching session completed today! (almost 90 minutes but will count it as 1 hour)
Watched also Partizan Belgrade vs Spartak Subotica (3-0 Skuletic hatrick yes!!!)
Grinded 1 session , 62 games total and included with them had Sunday Storm running. Got very deep in the Storm. Eventually exited with A9s CO vs SB call 77 BB overcall QQ. Won 100$, 702nd out of 40k+. MTT slowed me to grind 2nd session as I was playing it on laptop in the living room connected to TV etc.
Hanged with best friend at my place during Partizan game and later in the evening for Sunday Storm run.
Today also listened to Robin Sharma videos while grinding. Very useful advices and tons of things I can immediate relate myself with. Was happy to spot some of the behaviors that he emphasizes I am actually doing by figuring out all this naturally. More on that in some future blog post(s).
Would give myself 6.5 out of 10 for productivity today.
The way things are looking since this challenge started:
- 23/72 study hours completed
- 810/6000 games completed
- 33/100 coaching sessions completed
- 5 out of 30 CrossFit trainings completed
- 5 out of 10 videos for automated coaching/staking system completed
Tomorrow plan is to accomplish following things:
- Family time morning
- Afternoon meet with best friend
- 2 coaching sessions
- Work on the game 1 hour
- 2 grind sessions (100-120 games)
- If I finish everything by 00:30am, to do another automated coaching video
Doing the most challenging things 1st thing in the morning!
This is what Robin Sharma talks a lot about in his videos.
For me in the past 3 weeks, the most challenging thing was to record the automated coaching videos. Why? Well simply by the time I finish coaching sessions, study session and my grind, in the evening my energy has decreased and feel less focused, tired and need to sleep in order to regenerate.
So, based on Robin Sharma advice, I tried this morning to do the most challenging thing 1st thing in the morning. Woke up, started scripting the automated coaching video, finished it and then prepared all additional software needed for it and recorded yet another video!
This is phenomenal approach and way to do things. I now have another video ready and will aim to do this every other day which should result in a lot of videos.
I was doing this approach naturally with working out mostly. All my CrossFit trainings were at early morning and starting day with your strongest activity is something that gives you additional energy and motivation.
So I just decided to try that out with automated coaching videos and what do you know it actually works great. I now feel great, energized, recharged, proud that I managed to record something that long term is more +EV then some other activities.
Here is the plan in future days/weeks/months:
- Work out every other day 1st thing in the morning
- On days off from work out, script/record automated coaching video 1st thing in the morning
This should really energize me even more and results by the end of this year should be phenomenal.
Lets do it and see what happens!
72 Days Study Challenge
Day 21
- Studied 1 hour
- 2nd advanced edge finished already 50% of the work needed
- In next 2 hours will finish other 50% of the work and then future 3-4 hours dedicate to review of 1st and 2nd advanced edge!
Really amazing day, managed to accomplish so many things. One of my personal best days with productivity!
Things accomplished today:
- When I woke up, scripted and recorded 1 video for automated coaching
- Spent 1 hour with my father after that
- Came back home and coached 2 sessions!
- Hanged with my friend in coffee place and studied/worked on my game 1 hour!
- Came back home and grinded 60 games 1st session
- Took 15 minute brake without distractions
- Did another 60 games session (during the morning and 1st session played 4 MTTs also!)
- After finishing grind, took another 15 minutes off
- Got back to script and record 1 more video for automated coaching!!!
So cliff notes:
Family time
2 coaching sessions
1 hour working on the game
124 games grinded
2 automated coaching videos completed
Hanged with my best friend also
Would give myself for productivity today 8.5 out of 10!
The way things are looking since this challenge started:
- 24/72 study hours completed
- 934/6000 games completed
- 35/100 coaching sessions completed
- 5 out of 30 CrossFit trainings completed
- 7 out of 10 videos for automated coaching/staking system completed
Tomorrow plan is to accomplish following things:
- Workout CrossFit (1st thing in the morning)
- 2 coaching sessions (10-12)
- Meet with best friend for coffee and work on the game 1 hour
- Prepare and send out contract for a new student
- Grind 120 games (2x60 games)
- Respond to phone calls from today and find 1 hour time slot to meet with a friend (if not tomorrow then day after!)
- If energy levels are good, record 1 automated coaching video
72 Days Study Challenge
Day 22
- Studied 1 hour
- 25% left to finish for the 2nd advanced edge
- Will be quizzing myself in the future hours once this is done
Worked out 1st thing in the morning!
Right after working out scripted and recorded 1 automated coaching video.
Coached 2 sessions! Both of them went excellent and look forward to what my students will do in future games with new edges.
Afternoon meet up with my best friend and ended up spending whole day together! We were in our favorite coffee place , then went to our favorite restaurant and then went out in the city.
I don't remember when I got back last night but I woke up with huge headache so today I already lost half of the day.
For productivity yesterday I would give myself 7 out of 10!
I didn't grind but did accomplish whole lot other things which is great.
The way things are looking since this challenge started:
- 25/72 study hours completed
- 934/6000 games completed
- 37/100 coaching sessions completed
- 6 out of 30 CrossFit trainings completed
- 8 out of 10 videos for automated coaching/staking system completed
Plans for today since it is nearly 3pm are:
- Eat healthy meal
- Drink lots of water
- Regenerate energy
- Finish contract and send it to new student
- Script and record 1 automated coaching video
- If it works for student, coach 1 session during the day in some time slot
- Grind 2 x 60 games sessions using Sharky and new PS
Since I have some headache still, it will be difficult to focus a lot. I may have to work on the game today rather then grind 120 games - will see how I feel as day goes and I start with activities. With solid meal and hydration focus should come back and jump starting day with scripting and recording video should push for the other parts of productivity (studying + grinding).

72 Days Study Challenge
Day 23
No studying!
No grinding!
No automated coaching videos!
Did coach 2 sessions and finished contract with student.
Besides that ate 4 times since 3pm , drank tons of water (3-4L) and watched about 10 episodes of 2 different TV shows.
So I would give myself 2.5 out of 10 for productivity yesterday!
The way things are looking since this challenge started:
- 25/72 study hours completed
- 934/6000 games completed
- 39/100 coaching sessions completed
- 6 out of 30 CrossFit trainings completed
- 8 out of 10 videos for automated coaching/staking system completed
Here are things I plan to finish today:
- Script and record 1 automated coaching video in next 1 hour
- Cut my hair and shave
- Meet up with my friend Dejan to catch up
- Coach 1 session 1-2pm
- Work on my game after coaching session 1 hour
- Eat healthy
- Grind 120 games , 2x60 games sessions
- After finishing with the grind, update blog and lay out goals for tomorrow.
Hopefully traffic will be good for grinding so that I can go for even more games and scrip 1 more automated coaching video before bed
Feeling very energized thanks to like 12+ hours sleep yesterday and good food + hydration.
Lets do this!
What a great feeling!
Starting day off with 2 automated coaching videos + personal care.
In 10 minutes, have coaching session schedule. Plan to show my student the level of play and tendencies on 15s 6 max. For the 1st time he will sweat me playing and discussing what should be done.
Very much look forward to that as he will be going for SN next year with me, mixing 7s and 15s!
After the session plan is to meet up with my friend Dejan. After hanging out with him, work on my game 1 hour and then finally get to some grinding.
Very good day so far overall , super productive !
72 Days Study Challenge
Day 24
- Studied 1 hour
- Finished 2nd advance edge
- In future hours will do complete review of 1st and 2nd edge
- Very excited about getting to 3rd advanced edge
Worked out and recorded 2 automated coaching videos!
Coached 1 session! Was very happy that my student saw type of opponents he can expect from January on 15s. I know he will reach SN with positive ROI pre RB also so very much look forward to his success!
Meet up with my friend Dejan, had a great time + we discussed some Montenegro possibilities for the summer.
Ate very nice food + in preparation to arrange all future healthy meals serviced to me. More on this tomorrow!
Grinded 134 games! Yes 2 sessions where 2nd session was longer. My focus was off at some points, there were a lot of regs but still enough recreational players to make positive ROI. I am working on my game daily so I expect to become even better player in period of next 6 months with this type of study habit. For starters 1% ROI on 30s will be target next year with larger volume goal. The sooner that I finish videos for automated coaching, the better it will be for my own study hours and development as a player.
Overall would give myself for productivity today 8.5 out of 10!

- Coach minimum 2 sessions
- Study 1 hour
- Grind minimum 120 games (2x60 games)
- Eat healthy and drink lots of water
- Update blog and determine goals aligned with mission and vision statement
72 Days Study Challenge
Day 25
- Studied 1 hour today
- Reviewed 1st advanced edge mostly again
- Couple of spots came up in the actual live play which I handled excellent so it is definitely going to reflect in future games
Woke up 8am this morning. Going for 5am morning club in some near future.
Worked out + scripted and recorded 2 automated coaching videos!
Had talks for healthy food plans. Things will work out fantastic - choosing 14 meals a week (lunch and dinner) with salads and soups + all that per month will cost less than 100 euros (60 meals 1.5 euro each approximately). Very excited about it obviously as I finally figured out a way how to save on healthy food long term!
Coached 2 sessions! Very useful HU session with hard working student who improved a lot in past 2 months. I am happy that he will also stay next year with me and go for SN!
*Might do 1 more session, this time with my brother for 7s live sweat now* DONE
Grinded 126 games! Solid level of play both sessions but variance did its part in the late game. Particularly happy that I am momentarily adjusting vs 30s regs so definitely look forward to future games.
Overall would give myself for productivity today 8.5 out of 10!
The way things are looking since this challenge started:

- 1194/6000 games completed
- 42/100 coaching sessions completed

- Go for 8am wake up again
- Work out 1st thing in the morning
- Script and record 1 more video minimum
- 2 coaching sessions
- Go for 60 games (early afternoon session)

Enjoy your weekend on and off the tables!
Before going out now want to do quick update for the day

Grinded 61 games (just finished). Was playing well, very satisfied and crushed HU all my opponents.
Registered for Quarterly Supernova VIP Tourney. I have no idea how I will play it cause around 8pm I will meet the guests and go to our favorite restaurant but I will bring laptop and go for chipping up right away ![]()
The rest of the night and most of tomorrow will be with my family from Montenegro as well as great friends from my town.
Enjoy your weekend on and off the tables!

Any tips you are willing to share on this would be appreciated. I do tons of work on building and reviewing ranges, but struggle with being able to commit them to memory. It is only by constant review of my game post-play that they eventually start to sink in. It takes me much longer than I would like it too though.
My memory in general is very poor the past few years (I chalk it up to being an old fart)... I've been doing various Brain Games to try and improve my brain in general. I score average or slightly above in every area except memory which is typically well below average.
Enjoy your family time tonight!
