should i have raised utgs cbet on this dry flop? Its my standard play but decided i might want to raise turn instead. Does it make sense here or is raise flop, bet or raise turn a better line to take?

Hey I think your line is good, no need to raise on the flop, the board is so dry... the bet on the turn tells us that the opponent is rarely having even a Q on his hand.. I would just call the turn and raise small the river to be called from A5-A9 type of hands...
