Lost -$127,88 playing poker (graph above).
Made +$100 from the PokerStrategy Betfair Rake Race and +$7,55 from my NetBet Welcome Bonus. Don't know when that Betfair money was credited to my account (as I'm not playing there at the moment). I stumbled upon it last Wednesday. Guess that makes it count for this week 
Anyway, hope to turn things around and post a better looking graph next week!

My mother is visiting and it's the end of the rainy season.
That combination doesn't leave much time for poker.
I'm busy repairing rainy season damage on the house, taking care of the garden, building a pigsty, driving around with my mom and many other non-poker activities. Next week will be pretty much the same as this. But by the end of the month I expect to return my focus and attention back to the pokers.
Since he raised UTG with quite a lot it was obvious to me you had to put him on a premium hand range, AKs AQs KK QQ JJ, and the only hand that would not beat you in this spot is KK, so since he seems fairly strong and committed i would check it to him rather than bet, for pot controll. Alltough id have a hard time folding the hand aswell i would not give him the opportunity to shove all in, he could have flopped a flush or a set of jacks, prittey easily. So alltough you didnt do a lot of mistakes in the first hand, id still personally take it a lot slower if he shows that much commitment to the pot. But thats just my opinion. It wouldnt help u win but you would loose less.

It's been a very lousy month but I think I know exactly why:
I didn't do enough.
Too much distractions and too little focus.
Difficult to be a winner that way.
Away from poker it was a fun and productive month. I did a lot of repairs on the house, my mother came over from Belgium to visit and we did spend a couple of days in Phnom Penh with the whole family. Good times. Time for poker: not so much.
I bought a cheap second hand bicycle. It's a great tool to escape from it all every now and then 
The baby's healthy, the house in excellent condition, my girlfriend lovely as ever and the dry season upon us. From now on I should be able to switch a lot of time and effort back to poker again. So next month's graph should look better ♦

I've been diversifying these last few days.
Dabbling in these Million Dollar Spin & Go's... Yeah, there probably scratch tickets out there that give better odds; but these Spin & Go's are hard to resist

I know it's nothing but dumb luck but it's a huge upswing for my bankroll and my poker-happiness.
After being struggling for a couple of weeks with my motivation I'm 100% back into the game
Fooled by randomness, yes... but whatever keeps me on the right track.
Had also another kind of victory:
I used to be an avid runner right until we moved into our own house in the countryside.
The chief of local police here advised against me going out alone on my own.
My girlfriend, extremely pregnant at the time, agreed. So it was absolutely not the right time to argue about it 
Almost 6 month passed until I got myself an old bicycle. But driving around on that thing just made me want to start run again move than ever.
Last Sunday I finally did it! My first run!
It was a cool experience. I'm the only white dude around here. So when I'm out there on my own, running over the dusty red roads, that causes a lof of commotion. But it's all been good-spirited: kids yelling "Hello, bye bye", older people looking surprised, asking where I'm going or scolding there dog for wanting to run after me.
I don't feel threatened or scared in any way and look forward to do a lot more running.
It's a perfect match with poker: when the brain is all fried from grinding too long there's nothing like a long, hard run to balance the day out.

Yes but only as a result of making poor life choices regarding alcohol, drugs and girls ♦
Since I have reinvented myself as a responsible family man I worry sometimes about road safety (which is terrible in Cambodia) and how I would deal with emergencies in and around my house like fire, robbery or an accident (there are no emergency numbers and no police after dark). But for the most part I feel pretty safe here. We have a good relationship with our closest neighbours (which is always good for security) and I have done a lot of running and bicycling these last few weeks without ever feeling threatened or anything.

Another crazy, lucky week in life and pokers
In 2015 I want to focus on PokerStars Zoom instead of hopping around from site to site (like I did this year). So on
Saturday I did send my Full Tilt balance over to PokerStars. With my FT points I bought a $10 Casino Ticket, one $50 Ring Game Ticket and one $100 Ring Game Ticket. First I turned the $10 casino ticket into $72 real money through blackjack. Then I ran like god playing Rush with my ring game tickets.
Short-stacking up to 200NL Rush poker over the weekend
Anyway, I know I’m a giant luckbox. Last week I won a Milestone hand on PokerStars and this weekend I caught the good side of variance while short-stacking with my Ring Game Tickets.
But there you have it:
+$1000 in 8 weeks through poker.

Cambodia?!?!?! My word... of all the places in the world this is where you chose to get settled. How did you even manage to get internets for online poker?
Why exactly Cambodia, I don't see any mention other than "it suits you". I did a Thailand visa run to Cambodia so was in and out but the country is obviously very poor and still struggling from the recent tyranny. That was my conclusion anyway... would like to hear your views.
As for Belgium I don't blame you for leaving "Bruxelles" but gees man Antwerp is much closer than Cambodia. Ben je helemaal gek jongen?
