If you think he has so many bluffs 4bet, then imo you can also shove as semi bluff, and it will be great +EV.
So i would rather slowplay KK+.

Also how did you conclude his range, when he has 1% 4bet stat? He could be 4beting KK+ and few bluffs.

Postflop i would only call turn if your assumption would be reliable. Otherwise imo very -ev considering how strong your range hits the board so i dont think he will go crazy on flop

I am sure there are many examples where call 4bet is much higher EV than shove. E.g. vs villian that spews a lot postflop, and is bluff heavy with 4bet. Or villian that is bluff heavy with 4bet, and gives up a lot postflop. Or vs villian that uses small 4bet size, which gives you great pot odds to call, but you dont have much dead money to shove.
The great thing about having AK is that villian will mostly 4bet Ax, Kx as bluff, so many hands from his range will have 3 outs vs AK and will be drawing dead, also AK blocks his value party KK+ greatly.

4bet range of 1% = AA/KK roughly.

I actually think we can just go ahead and fold to 4b here until he increases his aggression.

By the turn we have a pure bluff-catcher so it really depends on his bluffing frequencies in this situation. It can easily be a fold on the turn vs many opponents despite holding TPTK since he is rarely 2barreling worse for value. Plus given his 4b range there is always the chance he has zero bluffs to begin with.
