(To be honest, I do not understand either the English version or the German)
So, after taking a look into my account, I saw the $ 2,50 I thought I won as an active "immediate Bonus".
But I cannot find the conditions to release this Bonus. So I randomly continued playing, got lucky enough to win even more and now I have that funds as "Restricted" in my account; but still no clue how to release that.
Do I have to release the $ 2,50 to get all the restricted funds? If so, what are the conditions for releasing a casino-related Bonus? (The above mentioned 2.5 points times the Bonus money?)
Is there a list showing how many Points I get for casino wagers?Many thanks in advance!
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this. Yes, you are correct. After you complete the wagering requirement of the $2.50, you'll be able to cash out the bonus and any winnings that came from using this bonus. You cannot transfer money from Casino into Poker until you accumulate the necessary points within Casino.
Unfortunately at this time there is not a way to show the number of points needed in the client.

Thank you for the follow up. It's not downloading at all. When i click the link, the page opens, and then nothing happens. I use Google Chrome. Also tried it in Safari en Firefox

That is the correct email and support should generally not take this long to answer. If you have a specific question, I can escalate it for you here personally. You can PM or post here your screenname and the issue you're having.
As for the promotional emails, we had some issues this week that should now be resolved.
