If you expect him calling flop CB with Ax then checking flop looks better.

With oesd you likely have too much equity to take c/f line, so my favorite line would be b/c 3-4 on the turn and then 6.14 on the river. This way he may call once to try hitting his draw or improve two pair hand and unless he has ace, he would likely fold to your river shove.
If you want to have maximum fold equity then turn shove should also be fine or making it potsize. He should not have too many Ax hands and he is mostly end up folding Jx, 8x since A is scary card for him and I doubt he is playing for stacks too often unless your image is very bad
