i was sent an e-mail offering me a free bank roll on titan, so i carried out the steps needed. but now i keep getting e-mails saying my titan account is not real and you cant transfer the fund.
i have checked all the details and i know they are all correct.
the error email just tells me to check the details of my username. which is correct.
im also told not to reply to the error mail.
seems i am wasting my time.

Welcome to the forum. 
1) Did you create a new account.
2} When you signup to Titan, you are given 2 names ; a TTRxxxxxxxxx and the poker nickname which you choose. You must use the TTRxxxxxxxxxxxx to login.
If it has nothing to do with the above, could you give some more detail so we can track down the problem.

i checked with titan and they say my username is sparkes25

I think it may be best to open a ticket with our customer support team.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
