That used to work, but now no longer working for me since I tried to play more than 50 Snap raked hands every day but I don't get All in Gift Tournaments tickets recently. So I quit playing at 888 for a while, play at PokerStar and Netbet instead.

You should be able to get one ticket every day for this challenge (the rules are here by the way: http://www.888poker.com/poker-promotions/special-promotions/gift-showers.htm). Are you definitely playing 50 raked hands and not just 50 hands?

Yuy, I'm pretty sure I'm playing 50 raked hands, I was sitting and playing for more than an hour. It doesn't work any more so I stop playing at 888 recently

the following is just another annoyance.

There is no distinction between Limit and non-limit games when it comes to buying in to the tables. in NL/PLO you want maximum amount (unless you are the fish )to sit down with, while on Limit Tables the max amount is your entire bankroll.

if u play a NL table and choose max for buyins, then it is fine as long as you only play NL....it remembers the buyin chosen and thats fine. but when you then play Fixed Limit, you have to choose "other" amount, since max would be your entire bankroll...and thats pointless at FL.
so, after playing FL, the buyin tab is screwed up again.....

Hey, I've got a simple question about the currency conversion. How come when I withdraw 150$ I get £92 but when I try to deposit 150$ it's £101. That's 10% difference. And yes I have checked the exchange rate and it has changed by £0.02 since yesterday.

If you want to avoid conversion rates, you should deposit with $ and withdraw to $ (and ask support to change your default currency).
If you have a specific case regarding the rates you are getting you need to mail support and they will advise you further.

I want to say that I am displeased with the way 888 treats the issue of sending the players their hand histories (HHs).

A while ago, I lost all my 888 hands that I played. I left an e-mail, asking for my HH. After I gave the needed details to the person that answered to my email, I got a huge Excel file with only 18k hands or so. If you look into the database, I played over 100k hands only at NL2, not to mention the hands played NL6 and NL10.

Basically, I am displeased because:

• I didn't get all my hands back;
• I got them in Excel format, impossible to be re-imported into Hold'em Manager ;
• The hands that I got into an Excel format don't have the entire details (players, action on each street, etc.;

Can you please tell the competent person in 888 to give me my HH so I can re-import back into Hold'em Manager? My username is zanardi2.
