The syntax used in this forum is BBcode, not HTML.
That being said, you cant put a picture in your sig, only a link

As stated, you can't use HTML, you have to use BBCode if you want to do anything special. As much as I hate it html is not an option on this board.

When you create your signature, make sure to click on the button below the editor that says "options" and make sure there's not a checkbox next to "Deactivate BBCode in this message"

However, images are not allowed in signatures. Probably a good thing, those big ones just seem obnoxious to me.

Maybe one of the small user bars should be allowed. Something like:

This is ridiculous
is the cig i want. But i click insert picture put the link in and it sais there are to many picutres or something

Yeah, look to the left of where you're trying to edit your signature.

You should see something very similar to:

HTML is not allowed
BBCode is allowed
Smilies are allowed
Images are not allowed

That should sum it up for you. ♦
Just a couple of posts up, you were trying to insert this one, which, for me, is just entirely too big, anyway.

Guys you aren't explaining this to me very well What do i need to do. Do i need to find the bb link for it and then what do i do? Does that just mean i cannot have a signature or what.

For instance which link would i use and how would i insert it?

As stated several times now.. You CAN'T have images in your signature.

It can't be done. It's not allowed. The Forum is set so you can't do it. It's Not permitted.

Look to the left of where you're trying to edit your signature. You will see it says:

HTML is not allowed
BBCode is allowed
Smilies are allowed
Images are not allowed

It's not possible without a change in the forum settings by the people who run PokerStrategy.

You can have a signature, you just can't have an image in it.

You could always make a signature like:

A :heart:K :heart:Q :heart:J :heart:10 "Poker Player"

Well, I can suggest one other workaround, which may or may not be frowned upon by the powers that be, and that would be to delete your actual signature (on the board, so you don't have one) and then you could manually paste a small signature at the end of each of your messages... enclosed in IMG tags, like at the end of my message (but before my actual signature)

I don't know if anyone would hassle you about it, but as long as it's small and not obnoxious, I personally wouldn't have an issue with it.

It would be a pain, but if you have a programmable keyboard (or AHK) you could program it to a keystroke, and it wouldn't be too bad. I wouldn't personally go through that much trouble, but if you really, really, REALLY want a userbar as your signature...

You could "Quote" my message, just to copy the two lines of code (if you don't know how to do it).. then paste them to a text file somewhere, or program them to a hotkey, or whatever, and do it manually like that. (Images are allowed in Posts, but not in Signatures, so you could fake it that way).
