I would call all day long. You block all A2s and I doubt other 2x hands are in his range... So I can live with it if he has KK/22
The issue here is not how wide is value range (it's likely narrow), but specifically if he has any bluffs or not, especially as the stacks get deep.
It's very easy to argue a call-down here, but vs specific opponents it will be losing because they just end up having the narrow range they are repping with 100% frequency. Some reads would generally help here, it's not a common spot etc, has he run any crazy bluffs before etc. The deep stacks also increase the likelihood of him flatting KK pf since he can stack with 228bb.
So it might seem like an obvious calldown given how narrow the range he is repping, but we have to be careful vs many opponents.
