Like already stated your questions can't be answered.
If you crush the 15$ 180s you will earn quite a lot with it depending on the sample that you are able to play.
On the other hand, if you start with the cheaper one's and get a "normal" ROI you won't earn much.

You're very far away from 70k a year, judging from your posts. And not to mention thay you need a few hundred buy-ins for these.
