I want to start and build my bankroll at new poker platform, not at Pokerstars. So who can adverse good platfrom to play low stakes cash games.
Prefer platfrom where are not so good players and always can find someone to play.

I’m no cash game player, but most likely is a room like 888Poker the best room to start with.
Is a room with the fishiest players so far I know.

888poker is soft in micro.
In iPoker Network you can find deal with 50% Rakeback and that's is really good but many regs (bad-good)
Hey KosttuxxRNMD,
Your best options are 888 if you play FR or 6 Max and an iPoker skin if you play 6 Max.
888 is softer at the low limits but iPoker skins have a better FDB and loyalty programs.
