What happened to the hand evaluations by the coaches? It's just discussion boards left?

Hey Gary,

The professional hand evaluations have indeed unfortunately been discontinued. You can find our news on it here: http://www.pokerstrategy.com/news/content/New-highlight-threads-rewards-for-active-members_88526/

Regards,
Tino

it seems to me that the value of being a member here is decreasing rapidly. this was actually a very resourceful place for players that want to grow but don't have the means for private coaching. :why: why would you just take it away? i think you should try advertising and encouraging new members to use it instead. give away one of those ipads for the most interesting hands posted or whatever...create some awareness. i think most of the new members have no clue hand evaluations even exists. i know it took me a while to find the "feature" not to mention dare to post in there.

RIP quality/service

Yes. For me there is no incentive whatsoever to earn PS points (playing iPoker) anymore. Unlike most, I realize that the videos merely have entertainment value. From a good thorough hand evaluation (maybe not even of your own hand) you can actually learn something if you think it through. The videos just don't work that way, and I seriously doubt that many of them below platinum can teach me much.
