BU is unknown.

Would you consider to make an exploitive fold?

It doesn't make sense to shove w sets here, but it's hard to find bluffs in his range on this board. Would he really shove ip w A2s/A4s? And I doubt what he would shove w JJ-QQ.

IMO I can't fold vs unknown, but from populations reads I have, I can say that I'm very often behind.

yeah regs are often leveling with the nuts here. sometimes they have a lesser value hand, but pretty much never bluffs

imo its really important to check how many tables they are playing in these spots. since we can't get any stack size reads.

I would not fold KK because we never have set, it is just so high up in our range, and also the same reasoning that would have us fold KK should have us fold AA too right, has basically same equity vs his range? Which means we fold 100% of our range. Have to be pretty confident villain is never bluffing and never jamming a worse hand for value + jamming a set on dry board.

Unless I am doing the math wrong we have 37% to call flop?

Equity Win Tie
BU 58.02% 58.02% 0.00% JJ, 99, 55, 33
SB 41.98% 41.98% 0.00% KhKc

Even if he only jam 6 combos of overpair (no matter the overpair as long as it not KK/AA, equity does not change) + all 9 combos of set, we still have a call.

I wouldn't want to make a play that needs such certainty to be exploitative, against unknown.

I couldn't see how many tables BU was playing.

Yeah, I agree with you, metza. No need to make this very exploitative fold w KK+, I can still fold QQ in this spot.
