I don't see the reason to call his 4-bet without going broke on this flop.

What did you hope for when you called preflop? That looks like the best board you can think of and my basic psychology says "Strong bets = weak hand; weak bets = strong hand" especially on this dry board. Ship it!

It's probably that I am still adapting to the looser shorthanded format. I've always been playing FR.

Consider your position to co then I don´t mind shipping it pf.
Mostly nl 6-max games are very aggressive and you can shove there JJ+/AK and if called then be ahead or flipping.
