the method for today was: 3bet with something, reg and fish alike flop trips or river it. repeat a few times and you've just lost 4bi without even noticing what actually happened

regardless of running bad or not, i feel like i am not being able to keep up with online pokers and all the other random stuff in life. it's like i have split personality at the tables, the good player and the random button clicker, and i just can't keep up the good level for even 500 hands straight...

this month is down at quite a rate

low sample whatever, but these ups and downs are so fucking sick. i know it's my fault but i feel like i can't do anything about it other than not playing or cutting down the already low volume in like over 50%

had a coaching session to go over why do i suck so much nowadays. i guess one good advice was to not open 120% of hands on the button

feeling way more solid now nice when luck helps as well
