Here they say that my account have been accessed by a third party which is probably a lie. If someone and had access to my account money could not just disappear, right? I have screenshoots of poker history, casino history, and deposit / withdraw history and everything is fine. This is pure robbery. Can you give any advice what to do?

i would check out google and look for the licensing administration in gibraltar and contact them
another problem. i just played 1 of those freebie tourneys and i tried to open the tourneys lobby while playing. everything froze, i timed out on all cashgametables.
Thisw was sent over for you and the team are investigating it.

There are a few players complaining about lag at the moment so this is more than likely the cause for you also.

Hey guys,
After a couple of email exchanges they still claim that my account was accessed by a third party which is a lie. They never answer the question of how the money disappeared from the account. This question they can't answer because they lie from the beginning and don't want to admit the guilt of their software.
How to exchange e-mail with them leads nowhere I would like to report this case.
If any of you know where I can report this case I would be grateful.

I used free88$ code, got 2$ of real cash and few tickets, few days later I deposited 100$ and also got 10$ instant money bonus. 2 hours ago I was checking my balance and saw 12$ as restricted,righ after that I was playing for 2 hours and made around 10$ of profit, checked my restricted money again and it increased to 14,2$

Can you explain the difference between getting 4% cashback as a Silver status player, and then converting reward points to cash, but only being offerred a rate of 1%? Am I missing something? Does cashback refer to something else?
