Can anyone help me find out why I have such a low BB/100 at T50/100? These stats are after 3000 SNG games.

That's not much to go on, and not a huge sample-size so hard to say if it is really an indication of much to be concerned about...

Are you adjusting your bet-sizing for that blind-level?

I start minraising when I am at 20BB's.

Interesting, on average what blind levels do you think you are usually at when your stack is about 20 blinds?

Interesting. So you adjust your betsize depending your stacksize? I think you should decide what betsize you should on different blind levels. At 50/100 i`m always only minraising if not shoving. Of course you can put it like 2.1x, 2.2x but I don`t see no reason to open bigger than that at that point.

are u playing on PS ?
if it is the case yr stats looks nitty at t100 if yr starting stack is 1.5k.
anyway a leakfinding by position would give better indications.

At first look your stats are way too tight.
3b on t20 - t50 is super low, you should add some semi bluff hands to your range in good spots
try to play more pots vs. fish = isolate fishes when they limp, atack their blinds more often
and dont be afraid to play more on low blind lvls, esp. from late positions
