Player1 is a reg and has not done anything out of line, my ICM intuition screams "fold anything but KK AA" , but my poker intuitions say " call - you crush his range and the payjumps in 45 favors top3 " .... Expert help needed :-)

given P1's tightness and the bubble situation i probably would call with something like AQs+ AK, JJ+. So AKs is certainly a call.

I am not familiar with the 45 man payout structure, so I don't have the answer. I recommend you to use this online tool http://www.holdemresources.net/h/web-calculators/nashicm.html, where you can check the nash ranges for the given stack distribution and prizepool. From there you can decide how much do you want to deviate from those initial ranges, according to what do you expect villain to be shoving.

if u want to win tournament then never fold
