Hard to fold but I like it unless you've seen him c/r turn as bluff before.

I would call down, I need really strong reads to lay away TP HU.

Would this be a good situation for check behind in pos. since we have a opponent with low WTS plus we avoid a tough fold on turn and maybe induce a bluff or weak call at river?

I've seen guys with lower AF than this raising top pair no kicker, he could honestly have anything, need strong reads that he's straightforward and as a default I'd calldown.

This check/raise is scary though, why wouldn't he c/r an A on the flop?

Ok,

But this guy is also passive.
I dont watch low WTSD only.

Of course there is a chance that he was bluffing, but how many times ? 2% I think

But it's such an obvious bluff card, even these passive guys sometimes go crazy and I would think he would normally donkbet a made hand.

I dn't see him holding an ace here very often. But the T is as said a card which they like to bluff on and a flushdraw is possible now too.

So his range is either the T or a bluff. The pot is 70$ big you have to pay 20$ t osee a showdown with 10$ additional from him if he bets the river so you have to pay 20$ in a 80$ big pot so he has to bluff 25% of the time.
This is indeed a lot (and the fact that he could improve on the river isn't counted in here).

Well if you noticed him as reasonable and passive then fold else calldown to get a read about him.
