Hello, I have skrill card and i have verifyed account and all that stuff. Limit i have is 250euros from ATM and 1k for spending what I am interested in is there any way i can withdraw more then 250euros? ATM or otherwise?

Sound a bit fishy to me (no pun intended). Why would you want to cash your money so eagerly, you can book it back to your bank account right?

What method did you use to fund your Skrill account? You should be able to withdraw back to that method.

You can only withdraw 250 eur per day with that card. They have some sort of agreement with MasterCard about that and they only have exceptions in very few cases. I am quite sure that you can also withdraw your money to your bank account - just pay a small amount to the skrill from your account and then you can withdraw whatever amount you need.
You CAN withraw more then 250E from ATM daily but you have to be Skrill VIP at least silver member for 500E/day or Gold level for 2500E/day
not sure how much daily you can spend in store think 3000 or 5000 for silver but ATM witraw is what I told you
But to become VIP silver member you have to transact at least 15K per 3 month or 45K for gold VIP
