NL50 shot FAILED!
Took a shot at NL50 and failed horribly. I felt like i was tilting too much, went away from my solid game, hated to be run over like whenever i face a 3bet,4bet or a flop raise i easily tilt and went to FPS mode most of the time.
As you can see, im pretty bad. Small sample but its time to cut my losses and go back to NL25 and try to study the game more and hopefully fix some leaks. I have already decided to hire a coach to help me. Although i only lost 3.5 buyins, ilost 8 buyins in terms of EV. So, i still lost while getting lucky.
It's always better to stay positive so here is the brighter side:
- I have already reached 100k FPP's and converted it to $1,600
- I cleared my Ultimate Challenge bonus for $137.50
- I unlocked another $50 stellar reward
- I now have a total of $13 in Spin N Go profits
- I won an additional $1 in the All-in shootouts
Regarding the ultimate challenge bonus, i think it is one of the main reasons why i failed my NL50 shot. I had to cram for VPP's just to clear the bonus in time. I played 10 tables of 50NL instead of 6, which is what i have planned, to be able to focus more. Also, i wasnt able to do my morning routine for a week because i needed a lot of time. I now also realized how important my pregame warmup is. I have been doing my pregame warmup almost everyday this year and i can say that it has helped me a lot. Here is my pregame warmup and maybe i can get somecomments or suggestions on what to add or remove or anything. 
- Push Ups
- Brain exercises (some exercises similar to lumosity)
- Watch a poker strategy video
- Review yesterday's session
- Anti carpal tunnel exercises
- Watch a motivational video

Took a 1 week break from the tables after having a bad downswing. Things arent doing well and it seems like i feel like im gonna lose even before i start a session. Went on a vacation and cleared my head. Now im back and ready to crush again!

It has been a rough month and i pretty much just broke even for this month, just winning 3 buyins at NL25 for a whole month. Volume wasnt good, i only played 65k hands, mainly because i was tilted for a whole month. The good thing is i did not lose. 
Now im ready to forget about March and move on to a more profitable April.

After breaking even for the last couple of weeks, i finally won a little bit. Full tilt gave me a $250 bonus to be cleared in 6250 points. So i decided to go for it and go for diamond status sincei have around 300k ftp points lying around on that site, most were earned pre black friday. I can only use those points if i get diamond status. It has around $1,250 in cash value. Can i add that bonus in the bankroll challenge? So im looking at around $1,700 in bonuses and rakeback if i break even on full tilt for 2 weeks.
I decide to focus on just one area of my game that needs work because i think this will be more effective for me. This week my focus will be on facing 3bets. All the videos i'll watch will be on facing 3bets, and it will also be my focus during sessions. After sessions, i will only review hands where i faced a 3bet. So here is how my session goals look like:
- Don't look at the cashier
- Maintain good posture
- Give extra focus on spots where i face a 3bet
- Inject logic when i recognize tilt
