I have windows8 and i play SnG fifty in pokerstars, in December 2014 i start play BSS SH on Williams H.

Now i has trying to back to pokerstars, i actualise software change for PS.eu, and the HUD don`t work.
The Hand History are on correct folder, and i m already executing HM2 and PS as administrator.
But I keep whithout HUD.
Try contacting HM through their site or the manager itself, they respond within 24 hours. I have good experience with their helpdesk tbh.
I seem to have a similar problem with HM2. After enrolling on 888, on which I don't play anymore, the HUD has crapped on Pokerstars. The HUD is resetting to 0 hands for most opponents during extended play on the same table. For instance, my HUD shows 60 hands, the HUD for other players that were on the same table during the same time, show anywhere between 0 en 30 hands, and not all the same neither. Some have 7 hands, others have 2 hands. Needless to say that the stats are useless. As was HM helpdesk.
I had HM2 installed on another computer as well, on which I had not installed 888, and there it is working well.
On another note: how could you combine the stats collected on two different computers (same account name)?
I solve it.
It was because de Windows was just for read, and the hands were not saved.
I go to regedit and change it

The easiest way to combine handhistories from different computers is to copy the files from PC1 to PC2 (they should be located under c:\hm2archive) and import them manually on PC2
I followed all the instructions but still experiencing the same problems.
Actually the problem appears to be in tourneys only. After resetting the HUD settings the problem is solved for cash games,
You use Windows 8? check if pokerstars is saving your hand history, my problem was that; the Windows automatic change the folders for "only for read" and the history is not saved
If cash works and tourneys not its probably caused by a non-english pokerclient. You need to switch Stars completly to english.
There must be an option in the Stars Client like Language or "Sprache" in german, there you must switch to english language.
