Where has PokerStars gone?

Working for me now in UK.

I don't seem to have that. The best I can find is pokerstars.eu. :-)

That's OK. Just find the file pokerstars.exe or maybe pokerstarseu.exe . It will be the main executable file in the parent folder.

There is nothing in my Stars or Stars.eu files ending on .exe. One is called xc. :-)

Aaa... Now I know why the traffic yesterday was so bad. It all makes sense now

thats like the equivalent of a car without an engine... can you change your folder view to detailed list and look for one just called pokerstars that is executable. i have no idea what operating system you use but im guess it is hiding the file extensions.

For those of you having trouble, in the main PokerStars folder there is another folder called "Backup". Copy everything from that folder and paste it in the main folder (overwrite the current files). Then start PokerStars.exe from that folder to bypass the update. Now you should have a working PokerStars. If you still can't get it to work, I can upload a working PokerStars.EU version and link it here.

I managed to get in by doubleclicking on *icon* Pokerstars . (There's no .exe added, though.) Thanks badgerer!!

3 SNGs running. How long are we meant to wait. Don't want to lose 3BIs but sitting here staring at nothing is getting boring pretty quick

All 3 been cancelled and refunded. I was super short stacked on one so I'll take that

If someone lost entire stacks in tournaments and/or SNG’s thanks to the technical issues of last night I recommend asking for a refund by sending a mail to support@pokerstars.com.

No new tourneys until they have fixed the problem. (Lol, I had to watch both AA and KK getting folded for me. Fortunately, it was a 5FPP satellite:rolleyes:)

Well, I'm still having trouble. Other internet stuff works fine and all was cool for a bit yesterday. Something wrong with network connection so can't log in at all now today. Must be pretty hectic.
What with this, hm2 playing havoc and my 91% losing twice in a session, things have gone a bit tits up it seems!

I'd like to say 'run good', but it would have to run at all first eh.

Can you guys log into Pokerstars now? I can't, it keeps trying to connect and after a while I get prompted with this message:
