(First, I would appreciate if someone links me to how to post poker symbols, but we probably do not need it)

Game: 9-man SnG
Blinds: 150/300
Hero SB 9575.00
Villain BB 3925.00

This is just a game I just played (and won :) ), where I pushed with A7o.
I just wanted to check the general pushing range from this position and ICM suggested pushing range for SB here is 83.4%. This seems very big. Why is this?

If this is heads-up its standart. Although with more than 12bb if you feel like u have an edge postflop you can throw in some limps, thus lowering the pushing range. If your opponents starts adjusting, throw in some Ax or high Kx limp traps.

I have moved your hand to the hand discussion board.

Based on stack sizes this is a heads-up situation and than there is no ICM in game and is $ev en Cev the same and I would raise/call for 12bb effective with A7o.

sure, but the ICM suggest I should go in with any Tx because it is top 83.4%?

That’s extreme wide, but without info there are antes in game I expect your range is too wide here.

My Holdem Resources Calculator (HRC) suggest to push the nash range 50.6%, 22+ Ax+ K2s+ K4o+ Q3s+ Q9o+ J4s+ J8o+ T6s+ T8o+ 95s+ 98o 85s+ 87o 74s+ 64s+ 54s if there are no antes in play. If you think the BB is tight you can shove wider, but overall I would raise/call against a random opponent for 12bb effective.

strange. I must have used it wrong. I tried again. it came out as 40.87%. Why the discrepancy?

Maybe you’re using other tool to than me to calculate if a shove profitable here is or not.
That can explain it I think.
