Hero (SB): $12.59 (125.9 bb)
BB: $10.15 (101.5 bb)
UTG: $14.65 (146.5 bb)
MP: $10 (100 bb)
CO: $10.05 (100.5 bb)
BTN: $22.68 (226.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A K
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BB raises to $0.90, Hero calls $0.60

Flop: ($1.80) 5 A 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $1.30, Hero calls $1.30

Turn: ($4.40) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $3.15, Hero raises to $10.39 and is all-in, BB calls $4.80

River: ($20.30) 7 (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Preflop: Standard open. After the 3bet, I decided to call, rather than 4bet. The opponent looks like on the tighter side.

Flop: Here I'm not sure what to do. If I check/raise, he would probably call just with a club and in that case I have about 50% of equity. In addition, he allready might have a flush. I decided to check/call, hoping he has mainly worse aces there and some bluffs.

Turn: I don't think I can fold ever. If I call, on the river will have about 25% of pot odds, but will have to fold if another spade comes and that will suck. So, I decided to raise.

BB: 19/14/6,5/50/143 (VPIP/PFR/3B/FlopCB/H)

6.5% 3 bet, even for 143 hands is nothing on the tighter side. You have to 4 bet and get the initiative.

I look mainly on his VPIP/PFR because I think that's only relevant in this sample size.

As played, how would you play the flop/turn?

Why do you look at these stats only, if you have a specific stat for that?

Because of small sample size. Who knows what his actual 3bet% is. In addition, given the w34z3l's Walkthrough, AKs is a standard call in this spot.

Paying 19/14 and has all that stuff in his calling range I want my 4bet in there.
I just wonder why you guys think it's ok to give the initiative to the villain is all. Strange unless you have a plan for it.

Especially OOP AKs vs. this guy I'm 4betting 100%.

My opinion is that if you want to call a 3bet OOP, with AK, you will have to play check/call all the way, to keep his entire range in play, excepting the cases where the board gets especially ugly. Otherwise, a c/r will surely fold out all the weaker hands, isolating you with the hands that beat you.

As played, I'd check call both flop and turn and c/f river.

No, I don't. I do usually 4-bet this, but decided to call against him because I figured out he is tighter. But I also thought that AKs is a standard call in this situations since I took those ranges from w34z3l, but didn't realise that he included AKs in both calling and 4bet ranges. :)

I think you are right. That was my plan, but then on the turn I thought that the river SPR would be weird, so I just shoved. As played preflop, I don't think we could ever just check/fold. He can still have a bunch of worse aces or flushdraws that are cbetting.
