intuitively i feel that raise/calling flop can't be too bad with eq+feq, he probably hates life with any onepair hand and you have decent equity against them

I like raise/calling the flop. I would probably be scared to do that, though. If we do that, then we probably need to bet the turn if he check, I would imagine. Not sure what if he bets the turn then. Probably fold would be the best. As played, I believe bet/folding the turn is fine.

I don't think that flatting 3bet preflop is bad.. Folding probably is. But I don't understand why would you shove?

as played i would just xback turn with some sdv .. he also will not fold any made hand on that turn

against a loose oponent an option is to flat call the 3bet with strong hands (i think A10 is not strong enough because of complications postflop)
so our option would be 4bet shove , 4bet small/fold, or call and shove any flop
